This hotel gave me an accessible type room which was not what I booked. I requested to switch the room type I booked and the answer was "no" because the room type I booked was not available. Why did they not give me what I paid for????

Great service and breakfast

My kids love this hotel.

The hotel was great, breakfast was delicious with a lot of options especially if traveling with kids. Friendly staff and parking was convenient. The room was decent, few red stains on the carpet and sofa bed was stained and found soda bottles once the sofa was open. Traffic from the nearby highway could be heard in the room at night. Overall it was a decent hotel for a quick getaway.

Property has old nasty carpet all over . Property is older with ackward room design . Does not provide guest with house keeping . House keeping did not show up and was told they only come every other day. Hotel did not check in with needs of clients staying multiple days for laundry , towels or garbage disposal . No one cleaned room or assisted in removing garbage for 2 days.

The room was dirty. I have photos. The first room smelled like mold. Our late checkout was not honored, and there was not the breakfast as advertised
