Graduate by Hilton Fayetteville, AR

Very clean, quirky hotel in perfect location. Walking distance to many restaraunts, bars, lounges on Dickson St. Only place to stay in Fayetteville no question.

Love the theme of the hotel and the view was lovely but the windows were too dirty to enjoy it.

Our Hotel bathroom smelled really bad - reeked of Pee. Was pretty average hotel, I expected more.

Room was clean, the hallways needed to be vacuumed which we did not see what for the three nights we were there. Also, on check in, we were not told about having a breakfast package with $40 credit per day until the day of check out. That was disappointing since we didn’t charge to our room the first night and paid for our drinks at the bar. Also, we were convinced to sign up for Hilton Honors and would get a $25 credit which was not applied and on check out the front desk had no idea what we were talking about.

See you soon, Graduate! Had a phenomenal trip! The staff was incredible, helpful, and responsive. They answered all sorts of questions. We hosted a work trip in their banquet rooms and the staff were unbelievably attentive. We will definitely be back!

The location downtown has really easy access to parking, dining, and the Razorback Greenway.
