I rarely write reviews, but my stay this time was truly disappointing. I booked a triple room specifically because I was traveling with two young children, and it was advertised as 'deluxe.' However, it was clearly just a standard room with an extra bed. The reality was a far cry from the pictures and my expectations. The extra bed was wobbly and unstable; I doubt an adult would even dare to turn over on it. I also couldn't check in past 3 PM, and they claimed it was because I had booked a triple room.

An older hotel with somewhat outdated facilities, but it was clean and the room size was quite spacious for Hong Kong. The biggest issue was the lack of charging outlets by the bed; there was only one outlet on the desk under the TV. Also, no disposable amenities were provided, including slippers. But not even providing drinking water is really a bit much. If they're truly aiming for environmental friendliness, the hotel should install a direct drinking water system in the rooms, rather than making guests pay for water or boil tap water. This feels like exploiting customers under the guise of environmental protection.

We chose this hotel for our family trip during the summer holidays. Overall, the hygiene was quite good, which you'd expect for a price of over 1000 per night. The hotel is located in a residential area with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. The nearest subway station is over 600 meters away, and there are many bus options, making transportation convenient. The service was excellent. We stayed for 3 nights, and the cleaning staff always asked specifically what needed to be tidied up, completely respecting our wishes. The facilities are a bit old, as it's an older hotel. We stayed in a triple room, and it included one foldable bed. Just for your reference, toiletries and mineral water are not provided.

Arrived a little after 2 PM when it wasn't too crowded. It was raining lightly outside, but the front desk staff promptly handled the check-in and assigned a suitable room, which made for a smooth arrival. The high-floor room was quiet with a good view, overlooking the pool below. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained. It's a good place to stay if the price is right.

Close to Kai Tak Sports Park, making travel convenient. The hotel offers breakfast, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. It's also very convenient when traveling with kids.

I booked this hotel to see the mi concert at Kai Tak. It's super convenient as it's within walking distance of both the MTR station and the Kai Tak venue. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. The service was excellent, and it was great value for money!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with incredibly warm service from the hotel staff. The doorman, a handsome young man, opened the door for us with a smile. The talkative concierge efficiently handled our luggage storage, and the sweet and gentle front desk lady checked us in, explaining everything carefully and maintaining a friendly, smiling demeanor throughout 🌹🌹🌹🌹. Our room wasn't huge, but it was spotless and well-maintained! The location is super convenient; there's a bus stop just a short walk away, and the Sung Wong Toi MTR station is about a 5-minute walk. It's also only a 10-15 minute walk to Kai Tak Sports Park, which was perfect for a leisurely stroll back to the hotel after attending an event there 🎉🎉🎉.

The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are dated, but the rooms are quite spacious by Hong Kong standards. Downstairs, there's a residential area with many restaurants and shops. It's also super convenient for concerts at Kai Tak Sports Park, just a ten-minute walk away! All in all, it's a great value-for-money hotel. Recommended!
