Wyndham Garden Bangkok Sukhumvit 42

I had a wonderful experience here. The infinity pool offers great views, and there were many international guests, which was nice. The scenery was sometimes very beautiful too. The place was very clean, the in-room facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I really loved the loft layout, it was so convenient having a washing machine, fridge, induction hob, and even pots and pans! There's a terrace on the 27th floor with amazing night views. Downstairs, it's just a 5-6 minute walk to the popular 'Little Flame Stir-fried Rice' place, which is delicious! It's also really easy to get around by BTS.

The room is okay, but the cleaning is really subpar. There were still hairs and stains on the table and floor. However, the staff members are friendly.

The room is similar to a domestic loft, with excellent amenities including pots, pans, a coffee maker, induction hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine – very convenient indeed. However, the decor is just average. The buffet on the first floor doesn't offer a wide variety. On the bright side, the surrounding area is very convenient with a light rail station, dining options, and a 7-Eleven nearby. It has one large bed and two small beds, perfect for a family of four.

Great room with an incredible view, we got upgraded and checked in on the highest floor. There's a pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop. We had a really good experience and will definitely be back.

Lots of ants. The towels are frayed, old, and discolored; it's time to replace them. I understand the 'save and green' concept, but it should be reasonable. We booked for 3 people but only got 2 sets of towels and 2 bottles of water. Every day was a gamble for hand towels and hair towels. I understand we can request more, but it shouldn't be necessary. The bathroom door's joints should be checked, and there's mold on the bathroom ceiling. If the room maintenance were better, it would be a much more pleasant stay. The room wasn't very clean; there were stains on the floor when I walked barefoot. Compared to Ramada Sukhumvit 87, the service here is far behind. The view is good, water pressure is strong, there's a washing machine and a bathtub. All staff are polite. When I reported issues with the internet, they fixed it immediately. You can make requests, and the location is great, just a 5-minute walk away.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay at this hotel. This time, I got a two-bedroom suite, which was fantastic! The views were great, and having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient. The location is also pretty good; it's a three-minute walk to the BTS station. The room itself was spacious, with a living room, making it very comfortable.

The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from the BTS station, but keep in mind that it's 33 degrees Celsius, so it might feel a bit far. The hotel breakfast is just average, and there are no other breakfast options within 100 meters. The room is spacious, but there's no hand soap. Some rooms get a lot of sun, so they can be quite hot upon check-in.
