Spa was great very high level room with balcony. Clean and has charging ports. Bath robes provided with slippers. Late check out until 11am was offered.

Very affordable and spacious room. The jacuzzi is working well and good to have fragrant bubble bath with it. Service is very good. Was able to accommodate me early since my flight arrival was very early. Thanks to Jennifer and Bruno who responded to my request. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the food served for breakfast and dinner at the Atrium. Was a generous meal. Definitely coming back here.

Love the room space and the facilities in this hotel. The pool is outdoor and it's a but cold but during summer it's great. I wish they have spa/sauna. The children can play in the playground, which is a great addition. They also provide car parks.

One of the best stays we had . The location is fantastic . We liked the fact that it is next to the Liverpool Catholic Club (LCC) . We went in the Ice Rink and kids loved it. The pool is so good with different levels and we had the dinner at LCC was a bit busy, however we enjoyed it still. ( many options , value member price) . Kids explored the indoor playground . We also loved the breakfast at the hotel and the staff were excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for families as we have all the amenities in a walking distance and plenty of parking. We are definitely going back.!

Wonderful stay, even had utilities you wouldnt expect like a bluetooth speaker. Staff are very nice and accomadating

Great Hotel in Liverpool, Nice and clean with great staff and amenities, also great restaurants as well!

The location is about 40 min outside the city. There are lota of free parking which is why I picked this place. The only bad part of the hotel is that there is no way to turn the fan off, so it will make noise all night. We also find the bed a bit too soft, so if one person makes a slight movement, the whole bed shakes like a boat. I think this hotel is more suited for single travelers.
