HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

Traveling with seniors and children was made easy, whether visiting the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance or exploring Huaqing Pool. The staff were very warm and professional. The breakfast was plentiful, the bed was comfortable, and the welcome fruit, drinks, and late-night white fungus soup were all thoughtful touches. The seats booked for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' were in an excellent location. All the amenities, both hardware and software, met five-star hotel standards. The only downside was a young lady at the Baoji Pool front desk. My child's height was just on the borderline, and when I asked a couple more questions, she became very impatient, declaring, 'Whoever told you that should come and pay!' and emphasized it three times! Honestly, staying at a 2,000-yuan-a-night hotel, I wouldn't quibble over a 100-yuan entrance ticket. If I hadn't been with my child, I really would have given her a piece of my mind. She gave me a private QR code for payment, and at the time, I just wanted to avoid further argument, so I paid directly. This was the biggest flaw of the trip! (A very serious, self-written review)

Overall, my stay was quite good. What impressed me most was the indoor hot spring bath. The automated circulating hot spring water design is highly commendable; you can feel how clear and clean the water is, and the temperature is just right. However, the water starts to drain at 11:00 PM, so if you're an early sleeper, remember to remove the drain cover, otherwise, it gets very noisy. Also, there's no butler service upon check-in. The kumquat lemon tea in the lobby is delicious. As for nearby attractions, you can visit Huaqing Palace for free with your pass. The hotel is in a superb location, and the duty manager was easy to communicate with. Lastly, I highly recommend the restaurant next to Huaqing Palace; both breakfast and dinner are excellent, with a rich variety of flavorful dishes, and portion sizes are reasonable.

The room isn't huge, but the overall stay was truly excellent. It had a wonderful antique charm and a rich historical feel. The hot spring water was very clean, and it wasn't crowded. A special shout-out to Jinghong Travel Photography! I honestly didn't think much of the complimentary hotel photoshoot and didn't put much effort into choosing my outfit or makeup, but the photos turned out much better than I expected. The photographer was incredibly patient and guided me through the whole shoot. Looking forward to seeing the final edited pictures!

As one of the top hot spring hotels in the country, the check-in experience was truly impressive. The guest rooms come with private hot springs, and it was my first time experiencing hot spring water that circulates all day. From 7 PM to midnight every evening, the hot springs continuously and automatically circulate, allowing guests to enjoy a soak even after returning from the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance. This washes away travel fatigue, making for an excellent experience. The next day, guests can visit the Baoji Pool outdoor public hot springs, which offer a secluded outdoor environment with low traffic and spacious surroundings, making for a very pleasant hot spring experience. Regarding dining, breakfast is served at the Royal Dining Hall. The hotel provides a shuttle service for transportation, saving guests the walk and a lot of time. The restaurant service is attentive and thoughtful, and they even specially prepared authentic Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) on the spot, which was full of flavor. Dinner is also served here, and I highly recommend the braised Yellow River soft-shelled turtle; it's definitely worth trying. The hotel's location is a significant advantage, with an exclusive access channel to the Huaqing Palace, making it very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area. I also want to provide honest feedback on some areas for improvement: The front desk and shuttle staff were a bit stiff in their demeanor, lacking warmth and giving off a distant vibe, as if their workplace was too high-end. Also, the cleanliness details in the public areas need improvement. I found traces of small insects inside drawers, so I recommend strengthening deep disinfection and daily cleaning and maintenance.

The HUAQING YUTANG Hotel was the best hotel of this trip. Built into the mountainside, its architecture is beautiful. The hotel is right next to the Huaqing Pool, and guests enjoy unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace Scenic Area for two during their stay. They also offer shuttle service within the hotel grounds, and the service is super excellent! If you prefer to take your time and not rush through your itinerary, staying here is perfect. You can easily soak in the hot springs, hike Mount Li, visit Huaqing Palace, and watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow.' Highly recommended!

Each pavilion, every bridge and flowing stream is breathtakingly beautiful, leaving us spellbound and enchanted. The joy and pleasure we feel within are simply beyond words. Your hotel's exceptional service, transcending perfection, combined with these exquisite imperial gardens, has utterly captivated us and made our dream of experiencing Chinese culture come true! As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. Great location with free access to the scenic area, and very convenient for shows. The hotel can even arrange discounted show tickets. The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was fantastic, especially with the antique-style surroundings! The private hot spring in the room left me feeling smooth and comfortable after soaking!! Definitely worth another visit!

Title: This hotel stay was incredible value for money, let me share some details so you can get a feel for it. I booked this hotel simply for the convenience of seeing 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' but I never expected such a wonderful experience. First, the location is unbeatable – right inside the scenic area. Staying here grants you free admission. Following the front desk's advice, I went for a stroll around 7 AM. The entire park was almost empty, and the morning light on Mount Li was stunning. By the time we returned for breakfast, tour groups were already lining up at the entrance. In that moment, I felt incredibly clever. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful. In the evening, as we headed out for the show, I was worried about rain, but the staff had already prepared raincoats for us and even escorted us all the way to the performance venue, so we didn't have to navigate on our own. Whenever we had a question, their response was always, "No problem, we'll take care of it," which was incredibly reassuring. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided pear soup and fruit; the warm pear soup was soothing for the throat and very relaxing to drink. Breakfast was incredibly lavish. I initially intended to eat light, but I couldn't resist grabbing several plates. In summary: it was stress-free, comfortable, and we were very well looked after. If you're coming to Huaqing Palace for a show or sightseeing, staying here is definitely something you won't regret. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
