Nestled in a corner of the scenic area, this hotel is like stepping into the ancient architectural backdrop of the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow.' The butler service was attentive throughout our stay, helping us with luggage. The hot spring was very comfortable. We were chauffeured to and from the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance in the evening, skipping the queue. Breakfast was also excellent, and there were many activities available. My child especially enjoyed the baking class, and the 'Jinghong Travel Photography' was fantastic – the photographer took much better pictures than commercial studios. Thumbs up! 👍 Worth a return visit!

Hygiene: The room was full of stink bugs, and there were even some on the bed! The room came with a hot spring bath, but I got sick after using it. I kept having to go to the bathroom during the "Song of Everlasting Sorrow" show (I suspect an infection) and ended up frantically consulting an online doctor and buying medicine in the middle of the night. We originally booked a boutique room (tiny, as we didn't need a hot spring, so we didn't look at hot spring rooms), but we later canceled and switched to a king-size bed room. The original room at 1500 yuan truly didn't match the room type and facilities. I'd even find it expensive at 500 yuan (even an Atour Hotel room is bigger and better than this). Having stayed at five-star hotels in Sanya and other places, this hotel genuinely doesn't deserve 5 stars. I won't be coming back. Service: The staff were very good, polite, and responsive to our needs. However, overall, the price absolutely does not match the hotel's facilities and hygiene. The picture shows the complimentary fruit from the hotel, which was quite fresh and nice.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The environment is fantastic, seamlessly integrated with the Huaqing Palace scenic area. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. They provide buggy transfers from the lobby to the accommodation buildings and the restaurant. Guests can enter and exit Huaqing Palace an unlimited number of times. When going to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' in the evening, hotel staff even escort you with lanterns, and it's very close. Walking from the hotel to the scenic area, the view opens up beautifully, and it's incredibly relaxing. The complimentary 'Jinghong Travel Photography' was a great bonus; the makeup artist was enthusiastic and professional, and the photographer did an excellent job – I couldn't bear to delete any of the photos! 😌

The surroundings are excellent, right within the Huaqing Palace scenic area. The air and scenery are both wonderful, and it's just a two-minute walk into the attraction itself. The hotel rooms are furnished entirely with solid wood, making them luxurious and elegant. Each room also boasts a private hot spring, using the same spring water that the Tang Dynasty royals once enjoyed, which is incredibly comfortable. Oh, and the food at the hotel's restaurant is delicious too.

I couldn't wait to write a glowing review for this hotel the moment I checked out. With the Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, they gifted us a large box of mooncakes upon check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch! As a guest, you get free access to the scenic area, and the gardens are incredibly relaxing. For the evening performance, there's a dedicated entrance, saving a lot of time. The hot springs were also amazing; after watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' they had already drawn a bath for us. Soaking under the osmanthus trees in the courtyard, enveloped in the scent of autumn, I had the most peaceful sleep. I visit Xi'an every year, and this is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in here. Next time, I hope to bring my family for a short stay.

The Huaqing Imperial Hot Spring Resort is huge. As soon as we arrived, the bellhops welcomed and escorted us (a special shout-out to the bellhops, their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm!). They transported guests from the main gate to the check-in lobby, and no matter where you wanted to go, an electric cart would take you directly. In the evenings, you can enjoy a private hot spring bath in your room. For the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, a VIP staff member with a lantern personally escorts you there. When you return to your room at night, there's even white fungus soup waiting. Highly recommend this hotel.
