Lighthouse Pointe at Grand Lucayan - All Inclusive

Gran Lucayan Overall, my stay was okay. The hotel is all-inclusive, which is convenient, but the service could definitely be better. The staff wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t friendly — more indifferent than anything else. One morning at breakfast, I waited for about a minute before the staff member (who was on her phone) even acknowledged me. The food was just okay, nothing to rave about. The kitchen and bar service also lacked warmth — one of the bartenders seemed irritated anytime someone approached, which made it uncomfortable. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive option in Freeport, this place might work. Just don’t expect standout service or exceptional food. It gets the job done, but not much more than that.

Recommend Lighthouse Pointe The Hotel provided great service and was very hospitable. The breakfasts were terrific and the nightly buffet was decent.

The property is an all inclusive but they have no customer service skills. The property is run down and the rooms are in poor shape with mold problem. Property was so bad I left and found another place to stay after my first night. Tried calling ******* to get my money back with no results. The picture online of the resort must be 20 years go . DONT STAY here !!

Evewss nice but the some of the services was bad no communication no tour buses same food every day

The pool area is amazing. I dont know why were not many guests, but was great, we felt all the place was for us.

This property was extremely quite, very accessible (a 5 ontute walk) to the market for shopping, bars and food. If you did not want to walk the bell hop will take you in the golf cart and pick you back up.

The bottom of the pool needs to be completely repaired, it is in very bad condition, everything else is very good

The staff was amazing. The food times were very off (like not being open at noon for lunch) and the food was very bland.

I want to give a shout out to everyone who worked in the restaurants and bar. I am sorry that I can't remember everyone's names. You are all such lovely people who always went out of their way to make our stay happy. Thank you!!!!!!
