I've stayed here multiple times, and the staff's attitude is always perfect. It's right on the bar street, which is convenient. This time, they even had an event going on that guests could participate in. Breakfast by the pool is still a lovely and relaxing experience.

This hotel is ideally located in Bassac Lane, but the rooms lack soundproofing, which can be an issue at night due to the noise from the many lively bars and restaurants at the hotel's doorstep. Despite this small drawback, the hotel is perfect in all other aspects.

Service is good. Didnt manage to enjoy the facilities due to short biz trip but there are roof top swimming pool and bar, gym, spa.

Room is very spacious and clean. The service was excellent. Location is next to Bassac Street where there are restaurants and bars at night and nearby malls and restaurants neighbourhoods area too. Love the infinity pool overlooking the independence monument. Main tourist area is near the riverside but you can easily take a tuktuk to get there.

Amazing hotel. Everything is perfect and worth the price. Maybe its going to be a little too noisy for a light sleeper because its location near Bassac night street. But for me its not really a big deal compare to the service i got. Recommended!

From the moment I arrived the staff were on hand to assist in any way they could very helpful and friendly. Really high standard of room with quality amenities great shower and the most comfortable mattress that I've ever slept on. The only slight issue is music at night from nearby bars but that wouldn't stop me from booking here again.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city, with many shops and bars nearby. Inside the hotel, there's a coffee shop with delicious coffee and fresh pastries. In the evenings, you can enjoy the rooftop pool with a stunning view of the entire illuminated city and treat yourself to tasty cocktails from the bar on the same floor! The staff at the reception are responsive and kind!

Not my first time staying here and would definitely come back again. Excellent facilities and really lovely, helpful staff. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.
