Home2 Suites by Hilton Charles Town

Absolutely loved our stay here! Excellent soundproofing, very clean and so spacious. We were located at a room near the ice maker and elevators, so I was concerned about the noise and traffic, but it was no issue! Location was convenient and quiet. All the guests were respectful as well. Great amenities, including conditioner and lotion! Breakfast was terrific, and the AMAZING staff made it a wonderful stay altogether. Shoutout to Gavin and Riley who helped us check in and out effortlessly and welcomed us with their fun and warm personalities!! I’ve already recommended this location to a few colleagues and friends who are looking to do some travel and hiking in the area! Thanks again for a most memorable stay!

A few days after our stay, we saw we were double charged for the room. Once by ******* (correct charge) and then by Home2 Suites (incorrect charge). Front desk person incorrectly charged our card instead of the ******* account since we had booked and paid thru *******. This necessitated a call to Home2 Suites where a different clerk looked at the issue and corrected it. Had we not caught the error, we would have been double charged. This kind of mistake should not happen.

Very clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was OK, better than many because of the variety of items, fresh yogurt and offered more than a continental breakfast, but the quality could have been better. Otherwise, we thoroghly enjoyed our stay.

Our TV said it was not connected to the internet, and therefore would not work. I was also unable to connect to the internet with my phone. Staff unable to help, inexplicably.

Perfect, loved the 1 bedroom. Only problem was the door to the bathroom from bedroom broke and no one returned our call to fix it. Otherwise it was great!

The best hotel we’ve stayed in the last few years! The rooms were clean and had more than we needed - wanted to stay longer! Even though I did not eat from the breakfast buffet, there were plenty of choices for my family.

The facility had everything by you need for overnight or longer stay! Love the pet friendly environment.

Everything was great. The only bad thing that happened was on the second night, someone was smoking in the room next door, and all the smoke was coming in our room while we were trying to sleep.

This property was nice! Wifi was good, i was able to use my amazon stick. The rooms are spacious. The guy who checked me in was so nice and let me pick my room. It was quiet. It was clean. The pool is so nice. It had everything i could possibly want. I would absolutely stay here again.
