This is our first time travelling in Seoul, Korea. The location of the hotel is great and convenient. A link skywalk bridge is directly to Lotte Supermarket and very easy access to Seoul station. Great customer service and breakfast was delicious!

Location is very convenient. Right outside Seoul station, can go via the elevator link bridge near exit 9 or the escalator near exit 4 also. Seoul station location is a bonus especially you're traveling via AREX from airport or Seoul KTX. Room is very nice and fresh. Negatives will be there is no self laundry available. Their laundry services are quite limited.

The room wasn't particularly large, but it was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. I was a bit worried coming from the train station at night because previous reviews mentioned many homeless people in the underpass. However, it wasn't as bad as I feared. There were indeed quite a few homeless individuals, I saw dozens, but as long as you just lift your luggage slightly, keep quiet, and don't disturb them, everything is fine.

Right in front of Seoul KTX station 2nd floor was connected to Seoul station with sky bridge Super convenient with huge suitcase Room has a unique windows 1 on the top 1 on the bottom as we still can open the curtain and enjoy the night view Breakfast was so yummy with drinks 1st floor has a huge restaurant for pizza and beer Lovely! Super recommend especially if you have an early train Be careful! it still need 20min walk to the KTX platform as Seoul station is huge

You have to shower in the bathtub, and even though we booked a large room type, it was the biggest room I've stayed in in Korea. At over 1300 [currency unit, likely KRW], it felt quite overpriced. The pillows were incredibly dirty, please see the pictures. If you're a germaphobe, definitely don't come here. It was very late, so I didn't bother to complain and just left early the next morning. On the bright side, the ladies at the front desk were very nice.

This was such a great find for my 24-hour layover in Seoul. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Seoul Station. Once you exit the station, stay on the same side and look for the outdoor elevator. It takes you up to Seoullo 7017, an elevated garden walkway, which leads you almost directly to the hotel. It made getting there with luggage surprisingly easy and was a pleasant walk.

The room was great, very clean, and super convenient for my business trip, being so close to my destination. The staff were very responsive and accommodating, which made the service excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, truly a 'ready-to-move-in' experience. I stay here every time.

Excellent location. Just a short 5 min walk to Seoul station. Also near the popular Namdaemun Market Food Street and Myeongdong Shopping Street. The room is clean and comfortable.
