Facilities: The room facilities are new and spacious. Environment: The environment is clean and comfortable. Service: The service is attentive, and the front desk staff are resourceful. They even helped take out and fold my laundry, which was very thoughtful.

Satisfied with the room. The front desk staff had a good service attitude. The shower in the room was excellent, and the TV supported screen mirroring. The amenities were also good.

Maintained the usual Atour standard, very clean and tidy, and they offered complimentary drinks. The gym is decent, and there's a convenient supermarket in the residential area behind the hotel. They even provide free congee in the evenings.

(Image 1) It's my first time seeing such old and dilapidated washers and dryers at Atour. I figured I couldn't do laundry, so I'd just iron my shirt. I came down and realized I forgot a hanger. I went to the front desk to borrow one, and the male staff member, in a sarcastic tone, said, "Every guest room has hangers; the front desk can't give you one." Alright, then. (Image 2) A large bug flew in from somewhere, even though the window wasn't open.

The room was great, the staff were very friendly, and they even offered a complimentary late checkout until 3 PM, which I really appreciated.

I was very satisfied with my stay here; the service and cleanliness were excellent. The front desk staff was also incredibly patient. The location is easy to find, and it's quiet at night. Highly recommend!

The price didn't increase much during the holiday season, and the quality remained consistent with great service. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring local specialties like 'beizi' (baked flatbreads), lamb offal soup, and milk tea. The large parking lot also made parking very convenient.
