BEAR HOMESTAY

The room was inexpensive considering the location. It had all the basic amenities and was great.

The location was good, however th room was very bad. There was a strong unpleasant smell. The bed was old, the pillows were extremely worn out and the blanket was dirty. The bathroom was dirty as well and the windows didn’t open. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The homestay is very clean and is located in central Da Nang. You have easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants, while still enjoying plenty of tranquility. The projector is cool; however, there were some problems with the remote or internet, so we couldn't use it. Overall, the value is good, and I recommend it!

The first night I stayed there was great. I was on the bottom floor and then I got transferred the next day to upstairs and I paid for three more days so a total of 4 days I stayed there. Anyway. The power wasn't working in my room and I was told that I could have got an upgraded room which is downstairs in 602. I think it was a 603 so staying on the sixth floor. Everything was great on that day. The next day I got changed to upstairs to a room on the 7th floor. There's no elevator up there. You got to walk up the stairs anyway. I was told that they fixed the electricity which they did not. They just installed another outlet on the electricity. I needed the fridge replaced because the fridge didn't work so they did that and I thought that the fridge was working but it turns out it wasn't. So I was lied too by the manager three times to my face and then I had problems with a delusional alcoholic American retired woman suffering from cancer and she physically assaulted me. I could have taken that further to the police but I didn't bother. I'd paid for those nights. Anyway I could not charge my phone up. I could not charge my computer up. Luckily the aircon and the lights were still working. Anyway, I tuffed it out and I got the hell out of that. If that's how they treat their customers don't go there.

it is okey to stay for one night
