Les Sources de Caudalie

Le Sources de Caudalie is a fantastic resort hotel! I hadn't done much research and didn't have high expectations, but I was immediately impressed! First, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. They introduced the hotel, helped me book an Uber, and gave me extra time to check out… a particularly kind, thin, bearded young man at the front desk was especially helpful! Second, the environment is superb! It's part of the same family as Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte, surrounded by vineyards, with the winery just across the street. The hotel itself is picturesque… a bike ride for two would have been amazing! Third, the hotel has two excellent restaurants: the two-Michelin-starred La Grand' Virge and Bistrull. The hotel gets very popular, so reservations are highly recommended, as there aren't many other restaurants nearby. If you're not looking for the reputation, Bistrull is excellent! The Michelin stars are on a package deal. Château Slüt d'Hôtel is a Bordeaux classified growth, and their red and white wines are both excellent! It was a shame we couldn't book a spa treatment; it's very famous, so advance booking is highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bordeaux!

Location: The hotel's location isn't the most convenient; you can hire a car. However, the environment is absolutely stunning—it's captivating and gives you a retro feeling, like stepping back in time from Downton Abbey. Room Facilities: Very elegant and retro; don't expect modern smart features. The room windows offer views of a fountain, lawn, and forest. The butler mentioned that you can see deer and piglets if you get up early, but unfortunately, I was late. The room I chose was a bit far from the reception area; it's in a different area. The hotel provides free bicycles, which take a few minutes to cycle or about a 15-minute walk. Hotel Spa: The products are famous, so I tried the spa. European spa techniques can't compare to Thai ones, but the products were still quite good. Service: The butler was very attentive. The breakfast environment was very comfortable and elegant, and the quality and presentation were excellent. There weren't a huge selection, but everything was delicious, showing great care and attention, so I was very satisfied. Their restaurant is Michelin-starred, and dinner is definitely worth trying.

A stunning estate, a delicious restaurant, very quiet and beautiful. A caveat: cycling uphill.

The environment is first-class, the facilities are advanced and perfect, and the service attitude is excellent. Booked a premium room and double spa to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hotel upgraded our room to a large suite and gave us a wine tasting. I didn’t have breakfast, but the lunch was of excellent quality. I wanted to book a dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant, but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday.

整體感覺不錯，唯池塘水質不夠清澈，建議定期清理，原因是養了一群鴨，還有步行小路很多鴨屎，散步時影響了心情。

除了房間價格比較貴，早餐價格比較貴之外，其他方面都很好，來這邊做個SPA，逛逛葡萄園，非常愜意，國慶假期過得很有意義
