Every staff member offered a happy, sincere welcome — it's heartfelt hospitality, not just a standard procedure. ✨ Special Mentions: • Coco Zhan (Front Desk) — consistently kind, polite, and attentive, making every interaction feel personal and welcoming. • Minnie Song — provided clear, detailed directions with patience and thoughtfulness. • Louis Lin (F&B Manager) — made the breakfast experience exceptionally pleasant, taking the time to passionately explain the unique features of each dish. • 🐼 Unique Panda Welcome Tradition — Every morning during breakfast, staff members take turns dressing as a panda to enthusiastically greet guests for half an hour! This clever and heartfelt gesture is uniquely Chengdu and truly memorable. 🏨 The Room — Exquisitely decorated and thoughtfully designed, with every detail contributing to comfort and style. It perfectly blends modern simplicity with smart technology, offering superb views. The stay experience was simply perfect. I chose this place last minute during my trip, and I was completely surprised. It doesn't feel like a cookie-cutter hotel; the service maintains a comfortable distance, not overly enthusiastic. The room was clean, the amenities were sufficient, and it was very quiet at night, perfect for a good rest after a long day. Yemi provided great service, contacting me in advance to confirm my itinerary. I'd choose this place again next time.

The room was on a high floor, and the bathroom view exceeded my expectations. The vanity mirror with built-in lighting was very handy, the bathtub was a great plus, and the vanity area was spotless. The overall decor has an understated, luxurious feel, making the stay extremely comfortable. The location is very convenient for getting around, and the front desk provided just the right level of attentive service—special thanks to Coco, who arranged everything wonderfully. I was very satisfied with this stay. Breakfast on the 44th floor had a wide variety of choices. I would definitely come back again.

Everything about the hotel was great! The location is close to several non-standard attractions, perfect for shopping! Coco from the front desk, Xiao Zhan, contacted us in advance, which was very thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chengdu! The breakfast egg pancake was delicious.

During the National Day holiday, our room was even upgraded, and we received complimentary welcome fruits and a personalized welcome card! The room was clean and hygienic, with a wide-open view. The room was excellent, I'm very satisfied! The facilities are modern, it's clean, and the environment is very quiet, surprisingly good. Every staff member was enthusiastic and always ready to help with any request.

The hotel is new and the rooms are huge. Overall service is excellent, and transportation is convenient! The parking lot has two entrances, but the closer one isn't very friendly for cars taller than 1.8 meters, so you'll have to go around to the back.

Exquisitely designed with premium materials. I particularly loved the floor lamp in the room. The sofa was stylish and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the round bathtub by the window offered a beautiful and relaxing experience, perfect for stargazing at night. Beyond the top-notch facilities, the staff were also very warm and attentive. Joy, in particular, was an incredibly thoughtful concierge. Highly recommend!
