The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find. The staff were very welcoming and even gave us tips on how to explore Fenghuang Ancient City. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and smart. The hotel is very close to the ancient city, making it convenient to get around, and the best part is it's quiet at night, so you can sleep peacefully. We stayed at Atour in Zhangjiajie, and we chose Atour again for Fenghuang Ancient City – both experiences were fantastic! 👍 When we checked out, the staff even thoughtfully gave us a small gift. 🎁

The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk through the alley to the Tuojiang River, yet it's surprisingly quiet at night for a good sleep. The room is quite spacious, more comfortable than most Atour hotels I've stayed in. The bedding is excellent, the service is great, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the ancient city, offering a great balance of being central yet peaceful. They also provide free parking. The only minor issue was that the lobby entrance was a bit hard to find, as you have to turn into an alley. My family of three stayed here before the Chinese New Year. The weather was lovely, the scenery beautiful, and the food delicious. The only drawback was that the shower pressure was quite low, which made showering a bit cold in winter.

This Atour Hotel is very close to the upstream of Fenghuang Ancient City, and it just opened this year, so it's incredibly clean and tidy with no strange odors. The room is spacious, and the bedding is impeccable – I slept until I naturally woke up. The butler even proactively asked about our arrival time, which was very thoughtful service.
