Really love that have Thai baggage in front of the hotel, very good for relaxing staying here. Meeting room also compact but sound and screen has problems sometimes

The hotel's located near Nimmanhaemin Road so it's close to many eateries and touristy spots. But it's not so close that it's right smack in the middle of it like Eastin, so you'll be able to enjoy some peace and quiet. My room was located in I'm guessing an extension block they built so it's not exactly in the main building of the property and it's a bit of a walk. They also shut off the lifts after a certain time so you gotta know exactly which lift to go to in order to get up to your floor. Breakfast buffet is decent with JP and KR options. The executive lounge could use more power outlets to enable biz travellers to work better.

The room felt a bit old and the facilities were a bit dated. The gym was a little small. The pool was quite nice. The service was excellent.

The annex room was just okay. We arrived at night, and the hallway was long and hot with no air conditioning. The fridge and kettle in the room were both very dirty, so we didn't dare to use them. The next day, we requested to switch to a room in the main building, which felt much better, although the fridge there still seemed a bit unclean. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, very close to the main street, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven.

Good location near Maya and One nimman shopping mall, all staffs are friendly and good service especially Mr.Ken at reception. Breakfast is good, the room is clean and quiet. This is the best hotel in Chiang Mai, so we will comeback again definitely.

The room was spacious. Although it's listed as a new hotel, it seems to have just been renovated as the interior facilities are still old, but it's very clean. It's located right near Nimman Road, within walking distance to One Nimman, and there are plenty of shops around. Right across from the alley exit, there's a Cozy Massage that I highly recommend; it was a great experience.
