They upgraded my room, so it was very spacious. The building is a bit old, but it was spotlessly clean, and the location was great too.

The hotel is located in the Nimman area, very close to Chiang Mai University, and within walking distance of Nimman One shopping mall. It's also only about a 15-minute drive from Chiang Mai Airport. The hotel's overall environment is good, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a lively area. However, the room decor feels a bit dated, and the breakfast selection is somewhat limited. The hotel is situated under a flight path, so planes fly over quite frequently during the day, but they gradually decrease around 11 PM, so it generally doesn't affect sleep. The reason the hotel's price wasn't as high as other hotels during the National Day holiday might be due to its older facilities compared to newer establishments.

The staff at Kantary Hills were amazing from the bell man, front reception, cleaners and restaurant staff, they were all so very helpful. The rooms had microwave, fridge, stove top, plates, cutlery to cook in the room. Each room had a great seating area and the twin room had a dinning table. Great location as walking distance to many restaurants, shops and cafes. Also tv in bedroom and lounge of the twin room.

Really love that have Thai baggage in front of the hotel, very good for relaxing staying here. Meeting room also compact but sound and screen has problems sometimes

Fabulous hotel and extremely comfortable room with great amenities, excluding a washing washing which was so handy. Only minor negative comment would be no iron or ironing board
