Easy access to hotel from parking ramp, front desk staff and bar staff were super friendly, and room was clean and quiet. Will be back again.

The room looked really great. We had such an amazing few of downtown from our floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate things to do in the area. The bar/lounge was a nice touch to the hotel and the food was amazing. The hotel was near so many things such as other bars and restaurants that were in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was in such a great accessible area of downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever stay in Minneapolis. I’m even planning my next trip to go back and plan on staying at this hotel.

Spacious, comfortable, attractive and well-appointed rooms. Pleasant and cooperative staff. The restaurant was pleasant but small with a limited menu. There is direct access to the Skywalk but it is not nearly as lively as years ago and on weekends dead with many passageways blocked. There's a basic in room coffeemaker but they don't seem to provide free coffee in the lobby as many hotels do. If that matters to you check on this ahead of time. There is a Starbucks right next door in the Skywalk but on Sunday morning it was closed.

What a quiet hotel that is close to the Orpheum theater! Walking distance to great restaurants too! Would stay here again.

I liked this place. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Big window-wall for city views. I liked the architecture of the zigzag corridors and indirect lighting. Price was great and room felt private. Location was central for walking the downtown area all the way to the river. I’d stay here again.

We had got room service, ordering supper after a long drive and it arived hot and fast. Valete parking was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend staying there. The only issue is dealing with the trafic to get in when its busy, but everything is in walking distance once you are there.

Front desk was very helpful as always and we appreciate the in & out basement garage parking. Also enjoy hanging out and visiting with friends in bar/lobby area.
