Refactoring Bingouguan Humanities Holiday Hotel (Yangzhou Dongguan Street)

Superb! The lobby design is beautiful, and the guesthouse has its own restaurant and tea house which are also lovely 😋. The service attitude is excellent; a special shout-out to the front desk lady who was very thoughtful 😉💕. The collaborate beverage shop, YUE MI CHU JIAN, has such delicious drinks that I miss them already… Next time I come to Yangzhou, I'll definitely stay for a few more days!

The Reconstructed Bing Ou Hotel exceeded my expectations. Its location right next to Pi Shi Street was incredibly convenient, and the staff even reserved a parking spot for us in advance. The butler service was fantastic, with 24/7 instant replies and attentive, detailed service. The room was quite spacious and surprisingly quiet, despite being in a bustling area. We also enjoyed the delicious coffee from the hotel's partner cafe and the teahouse. My family was very pleased, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Yangzhou. Many thanks to all the staff for their warm hospitality.

The hotel is very unique and culturally rich. It's clean and hygienic, and the breakfast, a typical Yangzhou dim sum spread, is top-notch. The front desk service was warm and attentive. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

Before coming to Yangzhou, I spent a long time choosing a hotel. I either disliked the exterior or found the interior too tacky, like a hostel. I finally settled on Bingou Hotel, and I truly feel it was the right choice! It's conveniently located with a beautiful environment, and the hotel's restaurant also serves delicious food. I've always been fond of hotels that blend traditional architecture with modern, comfortable design. The room had high ceilings, the walls were painted a warm earthy yellow, and the bathtub was spacious enough – soaking in it after a day out was pure bliss. I also have to commend the front desk staff. They were very attentive and friendly. They contacted me in advance to confirm the location and also sent me a well-organized travel guide with recommendations, truly making me feel at home.

Our first stop in Yangzhou was a stay at the Bing'ou Guesthouse, a century-old salt merchant's mansion. The front desk staff and other employees were incredibly friendly, always greeting us. They proactively showed us the way to check-in, breakfast, and afternoon tea. The hotel's location is also excellent, within walking distance of Pishi Street and Dongguan Street. We booked a standard room, but it seems we received an upgrade. The room was very clean and featured a spacious round bathtub. The TV quality was also noteworthy; watching movies in bed was very comfortable for two people. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, so we had to be mindful not to disturb other guests. Breakfast was served next door. If you go early, you can grab a window seat with a garden view and enjoy some morning tea. However, we both found the taste to be just average, not as good as the Fuchun we had the next day. The afternoon tea drinks were average for a coffee shop, but the pudding was quite good. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Traveling during the off-season, I booked the cheapest room type, but the hotel proactively upgraded me to a three-bedroom courtyard room. The courtyard room was incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was also thoughtful and attentive; when I asked about the dining area in the morning, the front desk staff directly guided me to the restaurant, even pointing out photo spots along the way. My impression of Yangzhou instantly became fantastic.

Went to Yangzhou for a weekend stroll, and the biggest surprise was probably this hotel. It's a renovated old salt merchant's mansion, and the interior is absolutely perfect for travel photography. We got a free room upgrade, and the breakfast was great too. The location is excellent, right by Dongguan Street. This is definitely where I'd choose to stay again if I revisit Yangzhou.

The room was in a courtyard with a beautiful view. The location is excellent, very convenient with many interesting shops within walking distance.
