DoubleTree by Hilton Washington Dulles Airport

Excellent.  i was so glad to see the shuttle affer a long trip. Room was excellent and perfectly silent.  My only tip would be online service.  it was impossible to get past the bot to confirm my reservation and answer questions about shuttle. when i said, “agent” the bot hung up on me!   i was about to take a taxi when the shuttle came by!   Half an hour later i was happily relaxing in my room.

Overall, the hotel was okay and comfortable. The gym was a highlight since it’s spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the place feels a bit outdated, it’s still decent for the price. Not amazing, but not bad either, and fine for a short stay.

This an older hotel in serious need of renovation or change of use. The staff were excellent, especially the shuttle drivers. Great air conditioning, but overall the hotel is old. The shower flow was weak, the choice of shampoo, etc. was poor--just not up to Hilton or any good hotel, and even the TV choice of channels was weak. But the price was fair. If you are using Dulles or working with a nearby firm, the location is good. Otherwise, this is very poor location, especially if you have no car. There is NOTHING around this hotel but industrial/business properties. Overall, very good staff: poor hotel.

Typical American style hotel. Poor service and constantly asking for tips. Gym in closed and there is literally no service whatsoever in the hotel. Room is okay.

The facilities were nice. It’s an old building but still has its magic. The staff was great.

Super staff at desk and restaurant. Extremely accommodating. Pick up Food order was hand delivered because my phone was off the hook

Handy Location and free shuttle both ways to and from the airport everything 15mins.
