Pullman Shenzhen North

As one of the few high-rise hotels in Shenzhen, there's a lot to praise. The rooms and the hotel environment are very well-designed. Every spot in the hotel is picture-perfect, with floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere offering fantastic views. The breakfast selection is rich, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The late check-out until 4:00 PM gave us plenty of extra time. On the downside, the executive lounge basically offered no snacks in the afternoon, just some biscuits and soft drinks. While dinner was a light meal, it felt quite cheap. Paying an extra 300+ RMB for an executive room didn't feel like good value for money. Even without being on an executive floor, the room views are still great, so there isn't much of a difference. If I hadn't booked an executive room this time, I would have given you a 5-star rating.

Returning to Shenzhen from Hong Kong, I chose this Pullman hotel right next to Shenzhen North Station for its convenient location, and it's also quite close for friends coming from the Bantian area. **Facilities:** Generally quite new. **Hygiene:** Thoroughly cleaned. **Environment:** The view is fantastic, offering a distant view of Nanshan District and an overlook of the entire Shenzhen North Station. **Executive Lounge Perks:** Starts at 12 PM. The ambiance is great; it would be even better if the air conditioning could be a bit colder.

Location: The price is justified by its excellent location, right out of Shenzhen North Station, offering convenience and quick access. Scent: Entering the hotel from the 3rd-floor platform area, the pleasant air conditioning temperature and comfortable, non-pungent scent are fitting for a 5-star hotel. Service: Elevator wait times were short, and I was surprised to find staff waiting to press the elevator button for guests changing floors to the guestroom level. The front desk staff on my first day even helped me change rooms. The room was very clean with no damp or strange odors. The bathroom cleaning standards also met 5-star expectations. The 52nd-floor guestroom was quiet and comfortable, allowing for a great rest. I would choose to stay here again. The curtain and sheer blind buttons by the bed, as well as the charging ports, were responsive and reliable. Areas for improvement: Compared to the front desk on the 46th-floor guestroom level, the male and female front desk staff at the ground floor luggage claim area were more gentle, specific, and clear in their greetings. Their voices were appropriately modulated, and the doorman service was excellent. (I suggest that the staff on the guestroom floor increase their smiles to better align with a 5-star hotel's positioning, and that earplugs and steam eye masks be made available for guests who need them.)

Last year, we stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Huizhou and had a great experience, and my child loved it too. So, for our trip to Shenzhen this time, we chose Pullman again, and I was pleasantly surprised that the experience was even better. Everything was impeccable, from the bedding and cleanliness in the room to the hotel's service. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Gavin and Vicky for their exceptional and thoughtful service!

I was a bit disappointed upon arrival. I had mentioned beforehand that I'm sensitive to smells, but as soon as I entered the room, there was a musty carpet odor. The windows were sealed, so there was no way to ventilate. However, the staff followed up promptly, brought an air purifier, and offered a room change. I was too tired to bother moving. I'm usually picky about cleanliness, but this place gets full marks – the details were impeccably cleaned, with no dust even in the corners. Breakfast offered a good variety, which was decent, but it got crowded on weekends, and cutlery wasn't replenished quickly enough.

This is a great hotel. Located on a high floor, it offers expansive views of the entire northern Shenzhen area. The room was also clean, and breakfast was good. It's within walking distance of the high-speed train station. During a rainy day, a hotel staff member named Tina even walked us along a covered route to avoid the rain. The guest relations manager also followed up with us before, during, and after check-in. Highly recommend.

The hotel's location is excellent; the elevator takes you directly to Shenzhen North Station's East Plaza on the third floor, making access to both the railway and subway incredibly convenient. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. However, I hope the hotel can improve its restaurant service. There should be a hostess to seat guests in the restaurant; otherwise, people end up occupying large tables alone, making it difficult for groups to find seating. Also, the restaurant staff are slow to clear tables.

Location: Super convenient! You can walk directly from the hotel's 3rd floor to Shenzhen North Station Plaza. The high-rise view is also stunning. Service: The butler service was great, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices! Cleanliness: Spotless.
