Pullman Shenzhen North

The facilities are run down, and the bathroom had noticeable grime. After contacting the housekeeper, the response was slow. Even after changing rooms, the new bathroom also had obvious stains. The hotel's proposed solution was to re-order breakfast at the front desk and pay an additional 5 yuan. 😅 This hotel doesn't meet star-rating standards, and I wouldn't recommend it. My trust in Pullman has been lost.

Our stay was wonderful! Our butlers, Gavin and Jinho, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They were always quick to respond, very polite, and paid great attention to every detail. The hotel environment was comfortable and clean, making for a truly relaxing and pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended!

This is a very user-friendly hotel, and it's the perfect choice if you're taking the high-speed train from Shenzhen North. It offers modern services, professional butlers, and its own direct access to the East entrance of Shenzhen North Station. The service is personalized; they don't dodge or argue about issues but immediately offer solutions. The hotel lobby is on the 46th floor – a lucky number floor – and feels just like a cozy living room. The rooms are simple and comfortable, and the bedding quality is excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone! When checking out, I left my good luck charm from this year in the room, and the butler immediately and proactively mailed it back to me. Big thumbs up for that! 👍🏻

The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was excellent. The butler was incredibly thoughtful, asking about our preferences in advance and even decorating the room with a lovely welcome gift. Plus, when we checked out, staff helped us get to the high-speed rail station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

I didn't receive any vouchers or coupons whatsoever. While I might not have had time to use them, the fact that they weren't explicitly provided is a downgrade in service. Although the high-floor view was beautiful and I really liked it, the elevator system with all the transfers was quite troublesome.

The hotel is right next to Shenzhen North Station, which makes getting around super convenient. I was initially worried about noise, but the soundproofing is excellent, so it was really quiet at night. The breakfast restaurant on the 46th floor was a pleasant experience, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Since we're a family of three, they even gave us an extra breakfast, which was a nice touch.

The service was excellent, and the location is super convenient, very close to Shenzhen North High-Speed Rail Station. The hotel's surroundings and facilities are perfect; my family really enjoyed it. We'd love to stay here again next time we have the chance.

The room was very comfortable. I've stayed at a few Pullman hotels, and the rooms are pretty similar across the board, but this one's location is incredibly convenient. The breakfast also seemed better than other Pullman properties; my kid, who usually eats very little for breakfast, actually slurped down a whole bowl of rice noodles – the chef's seasoned minced pork must have been really tasty! The noodle chef was also very attentive. It would be great if the 100 RMB voucher could be used for the kids' breakfast, especially since little ones don't eat much anyway... It's also convenient for dining downstairs. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I pass through Shenzhen North Station.
