Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton

Very clean and staff very kind

The breakfast is not a buffet style, I don't like it at all. The room facility need be updated. The parking is not free, and it's sooooo expensive at 42 usd /night. it's a valet parking. I was surprised with parking charge at a small city with 0.2 million population. The hotel building is beautiful especially in lobby.

We have been to the Amway a few times, and it has been our favorite place to stay in Grand Rapids. The service is always great, the facilities are beautiful, and the MDRD never disappoints for amazing food. It would be nice if they had a charger for Electric Vehicles.....but at least their sister company Marriott is only a block away and electric vehicles can park there.

I think the hotel itself was nice overall but for the price, I was disappointed in the room itself as well as how crowded the pool room was at all times. The staff was friendly and the experience itself in seeing new things was amazing though but all of the money spent on a room that felt more basic than any of the cheaper hotels I've stayed at when this was supposed to be special was disappointing.

Had an wonderful stay, location 4 for concert event was idea, will stay again.

This was amazing vacation with my family.

Room was clean, property and lobby are beautiful and staff was very accommodating and responsive. However, during our stay there was an intermittent beeping noise which the engineer discovered was from the fridge in the room, fix was to unplug it. The sink in the bathroom would not drain which was disgusting!!

Family met and stayed there for a graduation. Location was good for ceremony and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the bar for a late evening gathering spot. Breakfast at Wolfgang Puck was good and reasonably priced.
