AC took forever to kick in which is horrible considering you’re in Miami and this weather. We had booked two rooms and in one of the rooms there were ants crawling all over the bathroom walls, a few on the bed, and we even had a roach in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. We also received a 20% discount for roaches and ants… Absolutely horrible considering you have pests in your room. There were also holes in our room and the sink was also fairly dirty. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my enemy. We chose this hotel because it was convenient and seemed fairly nice but it was not convenient because I had pests in my room, some can ignore the ants but the roach is too far and absolutely disgusting. Don’t be deceived by this hotel.

The Palm is reasonably priced and well located. Relatively clean and comfortable. Would strongly retchsnging the shower heads! Absolutely no water pressure

Location, location, location
This hotel cannot be better located. Next to the Palms at Town and Country mall, plenty of good restaurants in the area. Located next to Florida Turnpike and Kendall Drive.
Rooms are handicap accesible. Good for families. Friendly concierges. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
My suggestion to the owners: instal soap dishes or trays in the showers

Everything was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. No bathtub and the shower was very low…
