Staying in Tengchong for a few days was really pleasant! This B&B is located right at an entrance to Heshun Ancient Town, very close to the Banyan Tree Hot Spring. It's quite convenient to walk there for a hot spring bath in the evening! Breakfast is served at a rice noodle shop within the ancient town, which is a *slight* inconvenience, though! The facilities are average, and the soundproofing is just okay! However, the staff's service was very attentive, big thumbs up for that! Getting around by taxi is very convenient!

The location is super convenient! Following the instructions the owner sent on WeChat, I found it easily. Unloading luggage was also a breeze, with several large parking lots nearby. Just a few steps out the door, you're at the rice fields and the Thousand-Hand Bodhisattva Forest, and most of the 'My Regiment, My Regiment' (a Chinese TV series) photo spots are right around here. Taking a taxi to the main entrance is just the starting fare, and it's not a long walk either. Very convenient… In the evening, there was also a tea ceremony around a stove, which both our mothers enjoyed and experienced. We had a lot of fun. The owner also helped us with our luggage. Service: The landlady was incredibly warm and friendly. She even upgraded our room and the cleaning was always prompt. She also helped us with guiding, the service was excellent. Hygiene: The room was very clean and promptly tidied. Accommodation: The bed was super comfortable and the environment was great. Throughout our trip, we felt very comfortable. In the evenings, we could even gather around the stove for tea, which created a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!!

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's quiet at night. The price is also very reasonable, and the decor is quite nice. They even offer breakfast, which you have to go to a noodle shop in the ancient town to enjoy, and it's pretty good. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. They patiently explained everything to us. I washed my skirt yesterday and forgot to hang it up; I'm pretty sure one of the ladies did it for me. A big thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

While the room facilities showed some age and disposable slippers weren't provided, breakfast was included the next morning. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Extremely satisfied! I stayed at this hotel last year and booked it again directly this year. It's convenient for traveling with parents and children, and there are many dining options nearby. I especially love the avocado milkshake in Mangshi.
