Friedly staff and nice location in central Chiang Mai, walkable distance to many restaurants and cafes, specially at night is more lively. The room has everything needed. Decent quality at this price. One thing to note that, the room isn’t soundproof. You can easily hear people walking and talking. The floor is made of wood so you will hear cracking sound. So far it was good for 1 night.

This is an incredibly nice old style building. Service was excellent, rooms clean and well presented. Hotel boasts a small gym and small pool for basic physical exercise needs. Location is fabulous with a short walk to tae phae gate and old city as well as the busy markets. Staff superb in terms of being welcoming. Highly recommended.

The hotel was amazing, room was huge and had a bath and a shower, balcony too. Cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet wasn’t too big but had great selection of food choices. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We came for my friends birthday and Loy Krathong festival. They kindly brought a cake to my friend birthday morning. They also had FREE Loy Krathong celebration that you can sign for the day before the actual event, and it was much better than expected, multiple performances and free food. Would recommend to everyone!

Owned by Chinese, the service was excellent. However, the breakfast was very limited. The location was convenient for getting everywhere.

Traveling as an older couple, we especially appreciated the breakfast. The facilities were very clean, and the soundproofing was excellent.

Overall our 3 night stay was comfortable and pleasant. Our room (307) top floor was quiet but occupancy was low so not sure how it would differ otherwise. There are no lifts or air conditioning in the communal spaces as it is partially open air, making it very hot to use the small lounge spaces on floor 2, which would have been nice to do as an additional seating space. The pool is small, fine for us as no one else using it, but not heated making it ok for a quick dip but not great for relaxing in. Breakfast choices we found limited but eggs are cooked to order which is nice.
