1313 West Luxury Boutique Hotel

WOW, the house and the furnishings are simply lovely! A wonderful place for a large family gathering or an event. However for us, visiting Annapolis as tourists, it did not work. The property is too far from the historic district. Walking into town, along a BUSY road, takes a solid 30 minutes. Uber rides and driving oneself means more money! The morning coffee is a standard drip with a tiny pitcher of cream and an even tinier sugar spoon! One has to greet the staff, navigate the kitchen and then carry the coffee back upstairs. It’s a hassle. Baked goods did not appeal to us. No bagels. No fruit juices. No milk. Just tea bags & coffee. It’s easier to drive to the 5 minutes to WaWa. For folks interested in touring historic Annapolis, there are better hotel options.

Sad to leave a not great review. Stayed 3 nights for a wedding. Very expensive plus Ubers to the center of Annapolis, not within walking distance. Place is clean and nicely renovated but that’s it. There are no little niceties for the extra $$$$. There is a full huge kitchen but they offer just a few picking breakfast items, a scone, small muffin, no fruit or yogurt anything. For this price point they should be preparing a full breakfast. You know who is staying, it’s not that difficult. There is a lovely fully renovated back patio with….nowhere to sit. Just an empty brick patio. This has potential but for now my recommendation would be to stay somewhere else in the center of Annapolis.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff greeted us at the door and were very helpful. The room temperature was perfect and easy to control. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Very luxurious feel without being too pricey.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting family in the Annapolis area. Our room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful. I spoke with Mary a few times while arranging our stay and she was incredibly helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

The most amazing hotel located right in Annapolis! Finally, an ultra-luxury option has been introduced to Annapolis and WOW this place is stunning. Think the quality of a Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton; but the intimacy of a private club. The hospitality and level of service offered here is unlike anywhere else I have ever been. This is simply spectacular.
