Our stay was magical. What an introduction to Istanbul. Natali our front desk and concierge was wonderful and so helpful with transfer, laundry services and reservations. The breakfast was fantastic and Hakan gave us the best service. The rooms and facilities our lovely and we loved it so much we booked it again for this weekend. Would totally recommend this hotel, it is so close for exploring Galata and the Bosphorus.

Wow!!!!! An amazing, beautiful, perfect location and superb service. From the reservation process, communication was incredible, promptly response and kindness all the time. Our check in was perfect, from reception to restaurant and our room impeccable, beautiful and luxurious amenities. Full of details; they welcome us with champagne and cake to celebrate my mom’s birthday, Istambul souvenirs and the view of a landmark, Galata tower, just one block away from it and the neighborhood with lots of cafes, stores and restaurants, walking distance to everything. But I want to recognize all the staff, they do and outstanding service; Burku, Natali, Gogberk, Bedirhan, Hakan, Elif, Ali, Elain and all the staff, smiles, greetings and service over the top, luxury, friendly, comfort and hospitality to the high standards! Thank you for a great and unforgettable experience!

A wonderful stay in the most lovely boutique hotel. The highlight apart from the hotel itself, fantastic food and cocktails and brilliant location has to be the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much for them and on our silver anniversary we came back to our room to find a lovely personal note with a bottle of sparkling wine and a plate of home made chocolate mousse, beautifully made and decorated by the wonderful kitchen team. Another day we came back again to find a bottle of chilled white wine and a plate of fresh berries with a note apologising for some noise which had occurred in the night - we had heard nothing ! Cant recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable and special x

I had such a wonderful stay at Ecole St Pierre Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, the location is absolutely fabulous, and the food was amazing — but what really made the experience special was the people. Everyone on the team was incredibly kind and welcoming, from the thoughtful messages before I arrived to the little treats and personal touches during my stay. It made me feel genuinely taken care of. A very special thank you to Elif, one of the housekeepers. She was an absolute star — always smiling, full of positive energy, and so kind. Every time I saw her it brightened my day. I truly felt lucky to meet her. I also want to thank Elçin, Batuhan, Gökberk, and Bedirhan at the front desk. They were all wonderful — warm, helpful, and made everything feel easy. You can tell this is a place where people truly care. I left feeling very grateful for the kindness and hospitality I experienced here and will absolutely stay again. Thank you to everyone who made it special! ❤️💫

Ecole St Pierre was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to make our experience memorable.
