Island Pond Country Inn (Formerly the Lakefront Inn & Motel)

Parking was right in front of our room. Across the way from the motel was a good restaurant,

I was traveling with family and our two parrots. Reserved a room on the first floor which made it easy to bring the birds in while in their travel cages. Staff and stay was great!

Had a great time the staff was excellent. Everything in the room was good. Everything was clean. I really enjoyed myself and I’m looking forward to going back to visit. Thank you so much.

Rooms were cold, took hours to warm up from 60 to 68 and still felt like 60. Hot water was warm at best, didn’t last 5 minutes before it was cold. Bed was decent.

Staff were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was a dog staying in the room below us and barking nearly constantly throughout our stay.

It was very nice room, clean, comfortable. Everything worked good. The people in the office are very cordial and nice. Anything you needed you could just call.

I had the best time the room was awesome and the managers that run the place were very very helpful on anything I needed which everything worked perfectly so I’m really happy and I’m planning on going back soon. Thank you.

No hot water for a shower in the morning. Bed was Ike a sack of springs. Heat barely kept up with leaks around the door.

Although the staff was very helpful and apologetic, it could not overcome the fact that the Roku tv cut out every 5 minutes as did the Internet and there was no hot water. Unbearable especially as we had to stay inside due to severe cold snap. Staff said internet issues should be rectified in a couple weeks, upgrading the current 200 meg service, and they are saving for new water heater project, maybe to be done this summer.
