No breakfast provided, which is why I picked this place. At least 2 pillow cases were stained and looked like dried blood on the wall along with a large hole.

Just motel , clean. No breakfast there, no coffee either. At 10 AM nobody showed up into front office for check out.

Lights went on and off. The outlets wouldnt all work. Front desk was brutally slow. Sent me to the wrong room. Then had housekeeping come and tell me I didnt book 2 nts and was supposed to be out Very bad experience

This place is a complete train wreck. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk. There’s no bell no way to summon anyone. Someone popped their head in and said that the front desk person would be around in 10 minutes when they were done with the bathroom, but they couldn’t help me the next day went to go to the front desk at 8 AM and no one was there went back at 9 AM. Still, no one was there. The front door was locked, and nobody was answering the phone. They clearly launder their own towels, poorly, and all of their towels were rough and stained. The only redeeming quality in this entire place was the very pleasant girl at the front desk, who tries her best to help people, but clearly no one is supporting her in anyway and this place is somewhere I will never stay again

No TV available, smoke detector head missing from detector base. Multiple cigarette holes in bed cover. Wash the windows would make the rooms more attactive.

Front office was never open on time, coffee pots in room were dirty, linen service wasn’t provided, chair in one room was missing a screw and unsafe, tv in other room had lousy picture quality, beds were too high for elderly guest, the entire stay is the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Im humiliated that I exposed my family to this.

I BOARD OF HEALTH FAILURE I contacted lice & craps while recuperating from bed linen 2 nd day lifted sheets bugs at end everywhere . Never compensated. Will bring them to court

Tough Night Woke up this morning with many small insect bites. I am assuming they are bedbug, as nothing was flying in the room. Left at 8 am and the office was locked and empty, so there was no one to even notify. This appears to be a refurbished mid-century Holiday Inn.

Everything was broken. The staff was nowhere to be found. The towels and sheets were filthy.
