Hotel Kinoshita Akita-Oga-Ekimae

The room was comfortable. I liked that the shower stalls in the large public bath were partitioned, but there might be too few of them.

We arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early, and the staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in immediately without waiting until 3 pm. The hotel has parking available for free, which is great!

The facilities are new and clean! The sauna was also great with its high temperature! It was a shame that there were no disposable chopsticks among the amenities. Also, I wish there was a water dispenser.

The room was large and spacious, and there was a large public bath on the first floor. It was also close to Oga Station. However, there weren't many restaurants nearby, and those that were open either closed very early (or only at lunchtime). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! But when I arrived at the restaurant, the staff at the entrance took my meal ticket, and then when I wanted to get the fish as a main dish, they asked me to show my meal ticket again, which was very strange...

The hotel is not good value for money, and its location is rather remote. There are no restaurants nearby; if you want to eat, you have to walk about 15 minutes to find a Yaowangtang restaurant where you can buy instant noodles and a small amount of fruit for dinner. The hotel only provides breakfast, which is of acceptable quality. The hotel offers ample parking.

The room was new, clean, and tidy. The large public bath with its sauna was great. The service was excellent. The minor drawbacks were that it was a bit far from the convenience store and there weren't many restaurants nearby.

I used this hotel to go to Oga Aquarium. Previously, I stayed near Akita Station, which meant a round trip of about 3 hours each time. Having a hotel nearby is a huge help! It's still new and clean. There aren't many restaurants around the hotel, so it might be a little inconvenient for those without a car... But there's a convenience store within walking distance!

I arrived at Oga Station late at night, but it was great that the hotel was close to the station. The shared bath was very spacious and comfortable. The half-buffet breakfast plate was generous in portion and delicious. It might be a good idea to wait until your plate arrives before getting other items to avoid overeating.

I stayed for several nights because I was going to visit the Oga Aquarium (lol). It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and I was able to relax and rest during my stay. I'm so grateful that a business hotel has opened in Oga City!
