Lijiang Pushang Hotel

Nestled in the heart of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Area, our room offered stunning views of the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill right from the bed. The facilities were brand new, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The rooftop garden provided panoramic views of the city and its surrounding mountains. Our butlers, Ms. Xu, Ms. Huang, and Mr. Peng, were incredibly warm, responsive, and always ready to help. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

As our last stop in Guilin, choosing this hotel was a surprisingly satisfying experience. The lady at the front desk saw that all three of us were adults and proactively upgraded us to a family room, which was very spacious and even included complimentary breakfast. We were already thrilled by then. When we checked out, it was raining a bit, and we were taking a taxi to the airport. The front desk lady even walked us out with an umbrella. The service was absolutely excellent, truly commendable! 👍

Absolutely, incredibly, super satisfied! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family countless times. The room was exceptionally clean, and the decor and furnishings were very tasteful. The moment I opened the door and saw the interior, I knew I had made a good choice; the style was just impeccable. My actual stay was full of pleasant surprises. The staff's attitude was also incredibly good (though there was one time I encountered a young man carrying a tray in the elevator who didn't give way to guests with children and rushed out, nearly bumping into my child). I think this is something to watch out for, but all the other staff members and ladies were excellent! They always smiled and greeted us. Additionally, the room type I booked offered views of Elephant Trunk Hill and one of the Sun and Moon Pagodas. The breakfast wasn't entirely to my taste, and some popular dishes weren't refilled promptly after running out, leaving fewer options for late-arriving guests (I'm not particularly keen on hotel breakfasts myself, so this didn't bother me too much). However, I do hope you can learn from these shortcomings and make improvements. Next time I visit Guilin, I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel service was excellent, and the view from the window was beautiful, with a clear view of the pagoda and Elephant Trunk Hill in the distance. The location was also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from both attractions! There were plenty of convenient dining options nearby as well.

The room offers an amazing view of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, including the Twin Pagodas – truly breathtaking! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around, and the breakfast quality was excellent too.

The Waterfall Hotel (now an independent hotel located in a high-rise section) used to be part of the Waterfall Resort. I chose room 1503, which faces the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill, offering unparalleled views of both Inner Lake and the Li River. The location is truly unbeatable – just cross the road to reach these two attractions, and Zheng Yang Pedestrian Street is right outside the lobby to the left. The entrance to Elephant Trunk Hill is diagonally across the street. The room's view is absolutely incredible; you can lie in bed and see two of Guilin's most iconic landmarks. The room facilities are decent, including welcome fruits and turn-down service. The front desk staff will guide you to elevator 2, which has a touchscreen for floor selection. My only minor complaint about the room is the mattress, which I found a bit too soft. Breakfast is served on the 15th floor; the selection isn't vast, and the space is quite small. Overall, it felt like staying in a room with executive lounge benefits. There's a bar and restaurant on the 16th floor with a satisfying view and ambiance, though the prices are on the higher side. They serve Western cuisine.

Extremely close to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area. The room was spacious with great views. This is easily the best hotel in the vicinity, perfect for families, and even comes with a karaoke system! Our whole family was thoroughly impressed!
