Hyatt Regency Beijing Shiyuan Great Wall

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency World Garden with our child during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and I expected it to be chaotic with so many people, but the experience far exceeded my expectations! The front desk handled check-in efficiently, and even during peak hours, the staff calmly directed guests, maintaining order amidst the crowd – making us feel at ease the moment we walked in. The swimming pool wasn't even crowded during the holiday, and they have a shallow pool for toddlers, which was great. It's also very close to Qibabu Paradise, just a short walk away. The overall service was warm and considerate, lively yet orderly, making it very family-friendly for those with young children. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next holiday and highly recommend it to all families traveling with kids!

The room was spotless, with good natural light and ventilation. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so I slept soundly at night. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. It's convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. At this price point, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

This hotel is perfect for a family staycation! We chose a twin room and had them combine the beds, and we pre-booked bed rails. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it ideal for families with children. The best part is that it's pet-friendly too! The hotel package also included access to iQIYI Kids' Playground and a hot spring. The kids' playground offered unlimited entry on the day of validation, while the hot spring was a one-time entry. There's an indoor water slide, which is great for older children. It was quite busy during the holiday, and the breakfast queue started forming before 9 AM.

Checked in at night, didn't have to wait long at the reception. The front desk provided toiletries (they even gave a separate kids' toothbrush and toothpaste set for my child). If you're traveling with kids, you can request a bed rail in advance. The restaurant food was decent. It's not far from Babuqile Park, and you get free entry on the same day. The park is quite large, you can easily spend 2 hours there. The hotel environment is also pretty good.

Hyatt Regency Beijing Shiyuan is the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The ambiance is fantastic; the lobby design is elegant and grand, and the hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, making leisurely strolls incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are spacious with great views and are well-appointed, ensuring a very comfortable stay. After a relaxing soak in the hot spring, returning to the room to rest completely melted away my travel fatigue. Highly recommended!

Located by the International Horticultural Expo, it's very close – just across the road. The hotel is a bit old, but it's still well-maintained. The breakfast has been simplified quite a bit compared to before. The service wasn't great; they said there was an event that day, so I couldn't check in on time and had to wait for over an hour.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the World Horticultural Exposition. The front desk staff, especially Kongkong, were gentle and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities are also good; the room was spacious, and the balcony offered expansive views, giving a true vacation feel. There are plenty of parent-child activities too, like hot springs, a playground, and fireflies – our kids had a blast. We'd definitely come back if we have the chance.

An excellent stay! The hotel is right next to the World Horticultural Expo Park, and it has a swimming pool, hot springs, and a kids' club – everything you could need. The firefly event they arranged was fantastic, the kids absolutely loved it! We'll definitely be back next time! 👍👍👍
