We had an excellent stay! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the extra amenities I requested were all neatly provided. The shared dinner was superb, and breakfast offered a good variety. The only slight disappointments were that the multigrain bread wasn't available, and both the fried and scrambled eggs, as well as the bacon, weren't very warm. Also, the forks weren't placed with the cheese, chicken, etc., and the cakes were still covered with foil, again, without tongs. Meanwhile, three staff members were sitting at a table by the entrance, chatting and laughing. So, there definitely would have been time to address these small issues. Despite these minor points, I absolutely recommend this hotel. These were just tiny details that could be improved. The location is perfect for visiting Wildlands, and you can easily walk into the city center. Parking costs €12.50 for a day ticket, which is slightly higher than stated on the website.

I stay here regularly because my mother lives across the street. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and tidy. I just find it a shame that every time we check in, they refer to 2 people, meaning tourist tax is charged twice, even though the booking clearly states 1 person. Otherwise, they don't make a fuss and I pay for 1 person, but I do find it annoying that I have to mention it myself every time.

Great hotel right next to Wildlands Zoo, check-in was hassle-free, everything was very chic and modern and very clean, especially the city center within walking distance was also great. The breakfast buffet could be improved, the cheese and cold cut selection was very limited and not very appetizingly presented; some of the cheese was already curling up, probably due to insufficient refrigeration. The coffee was great, the egg dishes were great, breakfast was generally quite okay.
