Best Western Plus Olathe Hotel

Very clean, a bit dilapidated but renovation in progress.

I love having bacon instead of sausage! The WiFi didn’t seem to be working good this time, so I used my phone.

The hotel staff is truly amazing and pleasant also helpful. However the door in 217 wasn’t working half the trip had to keep calling the housekeeper or front desk person to come use there master key to open the door which was annoying . The room also had like a wet sent. I stay here a few years ago and it has changes that was the best stay ever when came years ago. I hope the standard goes back up !!!!

Hot tub did not work and looked green. Air conditioner in room kept giving error code. Tv was also not working had audio but no picture. I checked at 1 am and will never go back.

I love that breakfast is open until 10:00! I don’t like to eat too early, so this is perfect. I think this is the only place with the longer time.

breakfast was good, fresh, the employee who took care of that area was sufficient and clean. hot tub was so nice, pool heated, kids loved it. location good, easy access to restaurants.

I was very impressed at this hotel, especially for the price. The main part, the room, was very clean and comfy and came with quality toiletries. The hot tub and indoor pool were CLEAN and nice and the hot tub was nice and hot but did not bubble up. The staff was very friendly from start to finish. I will return for sure! I slept in and missed breakfast.

Very clean and maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast burrito in foil on yesterday’s menu was a nice change from the usual eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Yogurt machine with toppings also very nice. However there was no decaf coffee in breakfast area or lobby; only in room. I also noticed that regular lobby coffee in thermos was lukewarm.

Breakfast was great - hot things hot, cold things cold. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
