Facilities: Although it's an older property, the overall complex is very comfortable. The villa itself is grand and perfect for relaxing. Hygiene: I believe there's no need to elaborate on the hygiene standards of a luxury hotel. Environment: The environment is excellent. From within the villa, you can witness Guilin's unique karst landscape with peaks rising directly from the flat ground. The pool is just right for this weather, very comfortable. Service: The butler service is incredibly prompt. Thanks to Banyan Tree's small, all-villa resort size, service response is very quick. Daily Seasonal Fruit: Fresh and delicious. Free Cycling: Excellent! You can cycle to West Street and Yulong River, very pleasant.

The butler and staff were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all our requests at every step – a big thumbs up! Breakfast was à la carte, offering both Chinese and Western options. The beef brisket noodles were delicious, and the bread was perfectly toasted – another big thumbs up! The room was clean and tidy. The weather was extremely hot, so we just relaxed at the hotel. The kids swam and played, while the adults chatted over tea. It was all very casual and comfortable. Each villa has its own courtyard, and if the weather were more suitable, strolling around the hotel or fishing by the river would be delightful. This villa hotel is definitely worth a stay. Oh, and the hotel's fruit is bought fresh every morning; it tastes great and there's a good variety. The mini-bar drinks are restocked daily, which is a generous touch. The hotel's homemade cookies were tested by my child and received rave reviews, so the butler even gave us more. When we checked out, we also received cookies and Luo Han Guo (monk fruit) as parting gifts – perfect!

Hidden deep within the Ten-Mile Gallery, this hotel completely isolates itself from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The sense of escapism, in my opinion, is almost comparable to the Lux* Chongzuo, making for a truly satisfying vacation. As a well-established luxury brand originating from Indonesia, it's impressive how it has rooted itself amidst the natural beauty of Yangshuo while still deeply preserving its Indonesian heritage. For instance, the breakfast features an Indonesian-style set menu, all freshly prepared à la carte. The guest room walls are adorned with traditional Balinese Ubud Batik wax paintings. During turndown service at night, candles are lit to warm aromatic essential oils, replicating the local Balinese pre-sleep ritual. The pool is paved with unique Indonesian stone, appearing grey when dry but revealing a beautiful blue-green hue when submerged in water. The hotel's service and quality are exceptional: the butler's WhatsApp replies were prompt, and despite the high greenery coverage, I wasn't bitten by a single mosquito during my two-day stay, indicating excellent pest control. The 450 sqm single-bedroom standalone villa is spacious, and the private pool is ample in both size and depth. Amenities include Cha Ling toiletries, a brand under LV, and the rooms are equipped with Bose speakers and Laifen hair dryers, ensuring top-notch hardware. It's rare for a hotel to maintain its original quality and standards after many years of operation, unlike many domestic hotels that gradually cut costs and downgrade after just a year or two. If you're looking for an immersive escape into nature in Yangshuo, I truly believe this place is worth a special trip. At the very least, if I get another chance to visit Yangshuo, this will still be my go-to resort for a second stay.

Who understands the value of a private pool room? 💦 The private pool was a pleasant surprise—it's big and absolutely fantastic. Swimming and playing in the water were so enjoyable. Backed by the natural scenery of Yangshuo, with birds flying across the sky, busy ants, and dragonflies skimming the pool, you really feel the rhythm of nature. Sunny, cloudy, or rainy, the weather changes, but the comfortable feeling remains the same. The service was excellent and responses were quick. I will definitely come again!

This hotel is quite secluded, offering great privacy. A butler drives you in and out, which is a nice touch. Even though it's a courtyard-style hotel with lots of greenery, it's very well-maintained. We visited during the rainy season and didn't encounter any mosquitoes or musty smells in the room. The butler service truly made us feel at home. We needed to go about 10 kilometers away to take a bamboo raft, and the hotel arranged a car for us. All the butlers were incredibly kind and friendly.

Yangshuo Hushan Resort is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Yangshuo. This was my third stay, and I spent three nights here this time. I love the peaceful environment, the excellent service, and how quickly the butler responded to requests. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was well-maintained and very comfortable. 👍👍

An absolutely amazing hotel! Before I went, I saw the opening year and was worried the hotel might be too old, since I usually only stay in luxury hotels that opened within the last four or five years. I even called the hotel to confirm. They said it opened in 2019. I really wanted to visit Guilin but couldn't find any suitable hotels, so I booked this one. The actual stay far exceeded my expectations! Each room is a villa with a large private pool. Getting around is easy with electric buggies that are available on call and arrive super fast! The service is excellent! Breakfast was also incredible! It's à la carte, just like the resort experience we had in the Maldives! And everything tasted great! Fresh ingredients, and the chicken was so tender! The hotel villas are surrounded by lush greenery, with stunning reflections of the mountains and water – absolutely beautiful! Riding in the electric buggy, with picturesque views and a cool breeze, I even felt like my skin improved and I looked prettier, haha! There were also many young, handsome male staff members, and their service attitude was exceptionally good!!! Everything was perfect!!! No exaggeration, my first trip to Guilin over ten years ago with a tour group and a bunch of older ladies left a terrible impression. This trip completely changed my perception of Guilin! This hotel deserves a lot of credit for that!!! It's a hotel my family of three would definitely visit again!

Fantastic experience! You definitely need to stay for at least three nights to fully enjoy it. The breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and the hotel also offers electric scooter rentals, which made it super convenient to ride to West Street.

The room facilities are complete, and the public areas are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, and the service is outstanding. The entire service team is very dedicated, patient, and meticulous. A minor point is that this property opened in 2019, and I think the designer did a fantastic job utilizing the superb views.
