Good location, short walk away to Petaling Street and Central Market. Rooms are decent, cosy and its a hotel with a fun vibe Do check the description of rooms as bunk bed rooms may not be suitable for couples or older travellera.

Overall not bad but not too great, hotel itself very nice location, room conditions was nice but the bathroom and shower room too small, cleaning service slightly delay, we put clean up the room sign since morning, but when we comeback in the afternoon at 17.00 the room didn’t clean. Compared with the price we paid it reasonable price. Breakfast not great but we enjoyed it, service from the crew was excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really enjoyable stay at Moxy Kuala Lumpur. The hotel has a modern, fun, and vibrant atmosphere, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well maintained. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, who made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. The location is also convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Moxy Kuala Lumpur. Great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and genuinely friendly service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to KL!

Decent location right in Chinatown, makes it easy for you to walk around the area if the focus is not going to malls further away. The bad thing is also the location due to the terrible traffic in the area. Very heavy and took a while go travel on grab. The room design is very nice but small in space if you have 2 x 28" luggages.

Strategic location. Clean room even though was given a corner room on the 21st floor.I rqstd for room btwn 8th-11th floor facing Dataran Merdeka but was shoved into the corner room. When asked, reception told my booking was not found. Showed booking ID - they admitted there was a miscommunication btwn Trip.com and Moxy Hotel. Reservation didn’t go through and was never rcvd. Issue resolved - 2 complimentary voucher drinks were offered, but we didn’t redeem them, at 9th floor as a gesture of apology. Housekeeping is top notch . Congratulations and well done. #2112 24-26/7/2026

I am a regular at Moxy KL, with clean and stylist rooms. However the recent service from the front desk is disappointing. The room services and friendliness is fantastic, however when it comes to handling cases and replying, its totally unacceptable. Recently i have a parcel being sent to me and the front desk is being notified to inform me once they received it. However not only was I not informed, during my checking out the following day, no one at the front desk mention anything about my parcel. Only when i check with the sender did i know that it was actually sent to the hotel lobby and they notified the front desk to inform me. Maybe i am not in the room during the delivery period, but at the very least someone from Moxy should have left a note at my door or pass it to me when i checkout. I tried to call Moxy when i am back to my country, but instead of solving my parcel issue, they didn't call me back. After which i called the very next day and instead of providing me more info of my parcel, i was told to whatsapp Moxy and someone will attend to me. Sadly No one replied me after and i am still puzzle as to which channel i can escalate this to get my parcel back.

I stayed at three different hotels in Kuala Lumpur over four days, and initially, the reviews for this one were mixed. However, I absolutely loved its decor, so I had to give it a try. The location is near Chinatown, which makes getting around very convenient. Plus, there's a super popular beef noodle shop right downstairs that's definitely worth checking out! The hotel's design and ambiance are a big hit with young people, and I definitely give it high marks for that. The room facilities were clean and tidy, and amenities were plentiful. BUT! The worst part was the soundproofing. If you're going to stay here, definitely ask for a higher floor. We were on the third floor, and since we had an early flight, we tried to sleep early. I went to bed at 8 PM but was still wide awake at midnight because the outside noise was incredibly loud. It sounded like motorcycles were roaring right past my ears. The soundproofing between rooms was also very poor; I could accurately tell when the neighbors were showering or brushing their teeth. Ironically, the best soundproofing was on the bathroom and vanity doors. If someone was talking inside with the door closed, you couldn't hear them at all from the room.
