This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They completely ripped off customers – the pictures didn't match reality at all. They also discriminated against us as Chinese guests. When my child needed formula, the front desk told me each room was only allowed two bottles of water per day and I should go buy more at the 7-Eleven next door. I couldn't sleep a wink all night because of the constant roar of motorbikes. I booked a city view room, but the 'city view' turned out to be the constant noise of motorbikes! The front desk showed no intention of resolving anything. I spent the entire night contacting Trip.com to sort it out. I had booked for three days, but it was unbearable. With two suitcases and two kids, I was forced to check out after one night and find another hotel. Cleanliness: Poor Facilities: Deceptive, not at all like the pictures they posted Environment: Poor Service: Even worse

Decent stay, but choose your room wisely. We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which offered a good variety and quality. The pool area is also acceptable and serves as a nice spot to relax. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: – Major construction is happening right across the street. It is highly recommended to book a pool view room only; otherwise, the noise and dust will be an issue. – The soundproofing is poor, so you can hear quite a bit from the hallways and neighboring rooms. – The rooms are dated and definitely in need of renovation. Overall, it’s a fair choice if you get the right room, but don’t expect a modern or quiet environment

The hotel is around the bars so very crowdy and noisy, don’t choose the City view rooms or else you will be very disappointed, the noisy sounds from the bars which make you cannot sleep all night. The bed is uncomfortable with dirty linen and same as the towels, but after complaining it comes better in white colour. The hotels come in one block and the rest of the three blocks are condos that share the same swimming pool. Breakfast is great with the big aquarium inside the restaurant. The front desk manageress is very helpful and you can use WhatsApp to contact her if you net any assistant. There are around 10 parking spaces and the car park environment is terrible.
