I was there with my 2 kids and husband. The room was so big and really worth with the money spend during almost new year (soon to be 2026). Even though some small part in the room need to be fix but it wasnt affect to the stay. Breakfast, pool, and fitness are on average. Location is great near next to BigC supermarket and across the street to get Central Chiang Rai Department store. They also has a service to drive you too Central ChiangRai local Night market for food and small shopping as well. There cafe food is great both taste and price. I was asked there help to surprise BD for my brother and they are really welcome to help🩷. The best part is the staffs, very nice, helpful and really service mind! I would suggest you all to stay here!!🩷🤗

The hotel is in a excellent location. Beside the hotel is Big C supermarket and opposite the hotel is Central world. The room is clean and big. We enjoy our stay a lot.

The hotel is under partial renovation. The room I stayed was at the building corner and surrounded by some foreign guests whom they stayed about 3-4 rooms nearby and made very noisey communication and sounds during 9-10 pm. I only felt good about the staffs due to their smilings  and welcome attitudes.

Excellent service, very friendly stuff room is very clean and huge, only that I find the both side step to the bed is very inconvenient.,my mum almost fall getting up. besides that all great. my room hv attach to pool...the pool is not well kept lots of leaves n bugs breakfast is great lots of choices, super great service provider by the the restaurant for sure will stay at the grand villa when I'm back at Chiang Rai
