The official website doesn't mention it, but they do have electric-assist bicycles for rent. It's ¥1000 for 24 hours, but you have to return them before check-out, so for an overnight stay, it's a maximum of 20 hours. The laundromat charges ¥300 for washing, ¥100 for 30 minutes of drying, and detergent is also available for ¥100.

Conveniently located about 700 meters from Shiraoi Station, making it easy to walk to the Upopoy National Ainu Museum and Park. There aren't many dining options nearby, so we opted for the half-board package (dinner and breakfast). The room itself was very spacious, but it only had a toilet, no shower – you need to use the public baths. Shiraoi is known for its Shiraoi beef and Kojohama mentaiko (spicy cod roe), and the hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner offered incredible value for money. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Daiso and a Coop supermarket. For dinner, the grilled Shirao beef was delicious, and they also had sukiyaki, tempura, and soft-serve ice cream.

The buffet spread is amazing! 👍 This resort is a popular choice among many local Japanese. I came here based on the reviews, and it truly is fantastic! You can enjoy all-you-can-eat Shiraoi beef BBQ, and there's a huge variety of food, including cantaloupe. However, after they refilled the cantaloupe, people took a lot, so I went back several times but only managed to get one slice of cantaloupe. 😂 There's also free table tennis and ping pong to play, and the hot springs are wonderful! I slept incredibly well after soaking in them! The next day, it only took less than 20 minutes to drive to NIXE.

This was my first stay here, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast offered a huge variety of dishes, and I left feeling completely full. I'd love to come back and stay again!

This hotel is less than a 15-minute walk from Shiraoi Station, and there's a large supermarket just a 5-minute walk across the street. The Upopoy National Ainu Museum and Park is also a 15-minute walk away. The location is truly excellent! The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive. The hot spring was comfortable, and there's a lounge area where you can read manga. The hotel room was clean and cozy too. Most importantly, I highly recommend booking the breakfast and dinner – incredible value for money! For dinner, besides grilled Shiraoi beef, you can also cook your own Shiraoi beef sukiyaki. There were also about seven or eight kinds of sashimi, including salmon roe. It was truly an all-you-can-eat wagyu and sashimi experience. My child absolutely loved it. This hotel was a truly unexpected and delightful surprise!

Excellent hotel!!! The dinner and breakfast offered great quality and variety. The views are beautiful and the spa (onsen) is fantastic, with various beauty products available.
