She was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Her kind demeanor set a positive tone for our stay, and we deeply appreciated her excellent service. This is a very good hotel. Price of hotel in are not cheap in Singapore. The price of One Farrer hotel is reasonable for the size of the room and location. Breakfast is not definitely 5 Stars, however it's good enough to start your day. Thank you One Farrer and see you again soon.

The room was very spacious and bright, with an equally generous bathroom. The facilities were excellent, and the overall environment was very pleasant. Its location offers convenient transportation, being close to Farrer Park MRT station. There are also plenty of great dining options in the vicinity. The service was excellent and attentive! Highly recommended!

This room in Singapore is incredibly spacious, especially for Little India. We generally didn't go out at night, but the location is super convenient with a subway station right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The room feels very new, likely recently renovated. A huge plus is the executive lounge offering three meals a day, and the staff are all very friendly. Six months ago, when I stayed, there were a lot of Indian staff, but this time, they've clearly been replaced by other faces. I'll definitely come back.

The hotel is very big and grand. It appears a very large part of their business is functions including weddings. One unfortunate downside is that the rooms are poorly soundproofed which means the adjoining rooms allow guest voices to transmit through. We had to complain to reception on our first night’s stay as the noise from next door kept us awake. This was promptly dealt with and did not happen again for the remaining four nights stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The MRT station is a two minute walk which is very useful as it is a short journey to Orchard and Somerset (big shops) in one direction, and Garden by the Bay and Harbour front in the other direction. The view of Singapore from our hotel window was amazing! During our stay, heavy work was taking place in the hotel and it would have been thoughtful to advise guests of this before booking instead of a note left in the room. However, we would stay here again. The 50 metre pool is excellent. There is a bar and restaurant at the side. The hotel is situated at the very edge of Little India.

Booked a mint room for 5 days and was told they have upgraded our room for free to high floor and bigger one. The upgrade was fantastic! the room they provided is much more spacious than we thought it would be. The proximities of the hotel is the big plus, access to surrounding malls and eateries are just within walking distance and mrt station is just beneath the hotel. The facilities are great as well. Overall good experience.
