The hotel is really clean and new. They decorated the room with balloons for my daughter's birthday. She was very surprised and happy. Our room has no window, but there are some decorations, kids like it. Breakfast is not much, but good enough for a simple breakfast.

The hotel was very good, we had enjoy it very much. The location and view was perfect. Viewing the river and the opera house. It was located right next to the Xiaoyao Tower and one block from the Zhengyang Pedestrian Street and many shops around. There is a dessert shop very good just a few meters from the hotel, on the main street. Breakfast is ok, they have decent variety of local food and bread, milk and soya milk. The terrace has a very nice 360° view. Rooms was super comfortable. We stayed in a family room and the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. They have a voice control system for the lights, curtain and wake up call. Just call "Little Rabbit" and she will help you ON, OFF the lights or curtains. It is very convenient.

The check in staff were nice and the room was clean everything else was not up to standard. The rooms controlled by a voice assistant which sounds nice except it only understands chinese so you cannot use it. The toilet has no instructions so it became a game of hitting random buttons until something worked which was not pleasant. We booked this hotel specially for the amenities washer and dryer. Unfortunately the washer worked fantastic but the dryer didnt work at all even after 3 hours just leaving me with a bunch of wet clothes to have to carry for the next destination which just means ill have to buy new clothes instead. I wouldnt recommend this place purely for that reason.

My trip to Guilin was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, with beautiful views, and within walking distance to Two Rivers and Four Lakes and Elephant Trunk Hill. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I could see the Guilin landscape right from my window. It was so pleasant to be in a quiet spot amidst the bustling city! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and they even kindly recommended sightseeing routes. Watching the river view in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. A perfect travel experience!
