The hotel's location is great, making it super convenient for dining out and shopping, and transportation is easily accessible. The cleanliness was good, with tidy and hygienic bedding and amenities. The soundproofing in the room was quite good, especially for a US hotel. However, the window in this room type faced a building that was too close, so there wasn't much of a view.

Tv did not work, water pressure and plumbing fixtures were terrible. Definitely not boutique status, hotel was dated, staff was crass, experience was awful

Fantastic from desk staff *Robert. Clean, upgraded room. The "rooftop" restaurant was fantastic as well. Close proximity to all of the wonderful shopping!

This is the best hotel on Michigan Avenue. Access to Nordstrom without leaving the building. Great views, food, very clean and smells amazing!

The rooms had nothing in them, Barr bones. It was terrible. No mini bar or coffee pots. Great run though.
