We had an excellent stay at hotel bliss! The location, the customer service, and the bedding was great! I would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again. They put a surprise on our bed as we informed them we were celebrating our 29th anniversary.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the only thing I didn’t expect was that we have to climb a spiral stairs to access our suite which can be tough if we are carrying heavy luggage as there no service to bring the luggage to our room offered

The location is super convenient, just across the street from Chinatown MRT station and Chinatown Point. Shopping and dining options are also easily accessible. So far, I've only encountered one female staff member at the front desk who speaks Chinese. The room is very small, and the bed is tiny. There's no window, and the soundproofing is poor. If you don't mind the living conditions, this hotel is really very convenient.

I have a room ensuit toilet and bath with see through glass walls. There is no privacy when you have quests in your room and you need to use the toilet. Other then that, I have a pleasant stay for 3 nights. Location is super, 2 mins to Chinatown point mrt.
