엄마랑 강원도 여행 중 첫날 일정 평창이어서 켄싱턴호텔 평창 예약했어요
체크인 할때 부터 직원분의 친절함이 좋았어요.
처음 방문했는데 호텔의 첫 이미지! 굿굿
그리고 로비에서도 카페에서도 마주치는 모든 직원분들이
모두 친절하셨어요~
객실이나 침구도 깨끗해서 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다
화장실도 깨끗하고 샤워 시에도 수압도 좋았고
그리고 정원도 잘 꾸며져있어서 대관령 목장, 오대산
다녀와서 피곤했지만 정원을 또 둘러보았다는요
정원도 많이 넓고 산책하기에도 좋아요
풀장도 보였는데요
이용하지는 않았지만 아이들이 놀기에도 좋을것 같았어요~
다음에 평창에 여행오게되면 다시 찾게될것같아요!

두돌 아기와 함께 여행하기에 정말 좋은 숙소였습이다. 식당도 좋고 수영장 동물목장 키즈놀이터 등 숙소 밖을 나가지 않아도 2박3일 즐기기에 충분했습니다. 다음에 또 놀러갈 의향 있습니다.

체크인 때 프론트에서 강00안내원의 친절한 미소와 안내, 센스있고 우리를 특별히 챙겨주는 듯한 응대로 이 호텔에 대한 모든 것이 좋게 느껴졌어요. 호텔 바깥 풍경도 너무 멋지고 동물 먹이주기 등 다양한 체험도 좋았어요. 덕분에 즐거운 가족여행이 되었어요. 감사해요

켄싱턴 평창은 좋아하는 휴양지입니다. 여름에 더울때는 오대산 아래가 최고예요. 글램핑장 옆의 개울물에서 발담그고 있는 시간이 가장 시원하고ㅜ행복했습니다. 영국식 정원도 예쁘구요. 그런데 코로나 이후 모든 시살 이용이 유료가 되어 불편합니다. 수영장 정도는 투숙객 무료사용 할 수 있도록 숙박요금에서 징수하는 것이 어떠세요. 시간 제한과 유료 사용 때문에 머뭇거리게 됩니다. 카페 플로리도 식사 내용에 비해 가격이 너무 비싸요.

부대시설이 룸서비스밖에 없는 것이 아쉬웠지만 아이와 함께 즐기기엔 부족함이 없었어요

호텔 자체는 오래되고 관리가 조금 안되는 느낌이에요 객실딸린 베란다에 거미줄, 청소 잘 안됨. 객실내 의자 삐걱거림 등
그런데 호텔에 딸린 정원이 정말 넓고 예쁘고 아침먹고 산책하기 좋고 개울에 발금그고 있기 좋아서
부모님들과 머물기에는 오히려 더 좋았던 것 같아요
낡은 부분 보수하고 객식 청소에 좀 더 신경쓰시면 더 좋을것 같아요
