This hotel exceeded my expectations and really added to our Kuala Lumpur trip. The location is fantastic; it's less than a five-minute walk to the M-junction and about eight or nine minutes to Pavilion, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. My room was very peaceful, and the soundproofing was excellent. I was a bit worried about noise from the connecting room, but I couldn't hear a thing from next door, even though the hotel was fully booked, so guests must have been there. The room facilities are very new, and you can pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, and toiletries yourself. The service was great; an uncle at the door helped open it and even offered to take our luggage upstairs. The breakfast was plentiful and had everything you could want. The best part was the free afternoon tea – even though we were too full to enjoy it, having such a service available made the stay absolutely perfect. The hotel's decor is also stylish and modern. Overall, a flawless accommodation experience.

The environment was comfortable, and I slept really well every night. Getting around was convenient – whether taking a Grab or the MRT. There were plenty of places to eat and shop, and many photo-worthy spots were within walking distance. The hotel has an excellent location.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a selection of pillows of different firmness levels, and the mattress was very cozy. Both the afternoon tea and breakfast were excellent. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to Pavilion Square.

Stay in journal for 4 nite at room no 606 Location : is near Bukit Bintang MRT ( 3- 4 minutes walk exit F - front of McD ) So convenient when you go to Alor St , Pavilions and many food/restaurant around. Facilities: Hotel has self laundries at basement you need ask concierge for change coin ( I love that good flower smell from my laundry ) Free simple food and juice / water 3-5 pm everyday day for unlimited wine start 4-5 pm. Bad thing is only one : for mattress , I think they need change another new mattress. Because the mattress has changed shape , not comfortable again for hotel facilities. But offer all is everything perfect from staff and cleaning is perfectly. I will stay again here when am go to KL.

Pretty good! Pavilion Kuala Lumpur is just a ten-minute walk away, and it's a short stroll to the popular McDonald's, Lot 10, and Starhill Gallery, which is super convenient. TRX Mall isn't far either. However, they really need to pay more attention to cleanliness; I found the bed sheets and pillowcases a bit dirty. Other than that, everything else was great! They offer complimentary drinks, have Chinese-speaking staff, and the team is really nice! 👍👍👍

The room was a bit small, perhaps because I booked a more budget-friendly triple room instead of an expensive family suite. But for this price, you're really paying for the location and convenience. 1. First off, the hotel service was good. The front desk staff was polite, and there were employees to hold the door for you. If needed, you could also tip hotel staff to help with luggage. 2. For a hotel rated four stars, I honestly don't think it lives up to that standard 😂. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and the lighting in the room made it hard to tell if the sheets were clean or not. Plus, when I smelled the pillows, a few of them had an odd odor, which I really disliked. Overall, the cleanliness felt subpar. The room did have satellite TV with channels from various countries, but the picture quality was very blurry. 3. The hotel's advantages are having triple and family rooms, and its excellent location. It's just a short walk to the subway, convenience stores, restaurants, and food stalls. It's also very close to many shopping malls in Bukit Bintang. 4. One thing about this hotel really left me speechless: the hot water for showers only lasted for two people. The third person had to wait 20 minutes for the water to heat up again. A four-star hotel in the city, and it's not even connected to a gas supply?! The shower water is heated by a boiler?! This isn't some remote frontier in China's Northwest... It made showering a very frustrating experience. Either all three of us had to shower very quickly, or you had to wait for the water to reheat. I was genuinely angry about this at one point. 5. I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The first two nights, which were weekdays, were fine. The last night was a Friday... I'm not sure if there's a nightclub downstairs or somewhere nearby, but the thumping music was constant, which again, left me speechless. 6. Finally, the hotel's toilets really need an update. Flushing was a struggle every time. When you pressed the flush button, it wouldn't pop back up, so I had to manually pull it up each time to flush the toilet.
