The people who work at The Cloudveil have the best customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Gabe, Rachel, and Chetney from the concierge and Westin and Jose from the front desk as well as some of the others all go above and beyond for the guests. It was unlike anything I have ever seen in hospitality, and my partner and I are both well traveled both internationally and within the US. They surprised us with hand written notes in our room with wax seals, and with local treats. They made excellent recommendations for activities in the area such as the wildlife museum, a wildlife tour, and trails to visit. Also great restaurant recommendations. The hotel itself is in a prime location. They also surprised my partner with a birthday cake without me even having to request it. They anticipate the needs of their guests in such a meaningful way. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone I know visiting Jackson Hole. The team at The Cloudveil exhibit great care for their guests.
