Just back from a family holiday here. Stayed in Block B - room 310. Beautiful spacious apartment - there were 6 of us staying and plenty of room for all. Very well designed apartment, spotless and in a good location in the village of Meribel. Would highly recommend!!

We are really disappointed with our appartment because of the smell. We thought at first it was the drains but it’s outside and is apparently because of a 3rd part restaurant and they can’t go anything about it. It’s hot and sunny at the moment and I nearly fell over walking past it really stinks - our apartment is above the offending stair well and I don’t want to sit out on the balcony. I am not impressed - the hotel receptionist was really unhelpful saying it’s not us so we can’t do anything about it. The apartment is nice but the kitchen pans need replacing all the non stick is damaged - there are no wooden spoons ! Very cross and unhappy bunny

We had a fantastic time here. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with the rooms upstairs and a lounge and kitchen downstairs. We ate in most evenings and found the kitchen equipment sufficient for our needs. The apartment was of a high standard and the beds including the sofa bed was comfy. The pool was amazing and a great facility. I emailed the hotel before arriving asking for a room far from the bar as I heard it was noisy. The hotel did as requested and we were far away so thank you! The layout in the boot room took some getting used too. Perhaps better signage would help. You need one entrance to get in and another to get out. We would definitely stay here again if in Méribel!

We had a wonderful week staying here. Our 2 bed apartment was stunning and we had a Mountain view. We did have to collect extra bedding for the sofa bed but reception were super friendly and the bed was big and comfy. Yes it takes a while to navigate the hotel but everything was close for us on level 1. The spa and pool area were a godsend at the end of the day. The boot room lockers were great for 5 people’s gear. We had an issue with our return transfer and reception kindly phones a local company on our behalf to arrange another one. We were very grateful as we only just made our flight home. The pub was lovely and had a free pool table to use. We would stay again! Emma

Excellent stay, brilliant staff We booked our annual break with Pierre et Vacances in Meribel this year, I can highly recommend L'Hevana in Meribel The team were excellent and assisted with all our queries Worth knowing are access to the pistes is via the escalator Car parking you need your passkey Try La Flambee for great pizzas

Lovely stay in Meribel
Lovely apartment style hotel. Marketed as a 5 star but no pool towels provided. This is very inconvenient as we have been travelling for a month and have no luggage space for towels. A true 5 Star should provide pool towels.
Outdoor hot tub very small and not very warm, it was disappointing but the indoor pool and sauna/hammam were lovely.
Kitchen was beautiful but lacked basic utensils such as tongs and the chopping board was completely bent so was not useable. Pans were well used and not enough to cook for a family of 4.
Otherwise room was lovely and very comfortable. Would not hesitate in staying again but would love if the above issues were fixed

Not a 5 star hotel ! Service is horrible, Comfort equipment broken. no possibility of washing clothes, all washers out of service. Staff untrained and un prepared to manage. Not a 5 star service, Poorly managed.
