Greenleaf Hotel Gensan

What can improve is these: 1. The Gym. A little bit hard to locate. And The Gym is small. And The Gym only a few items to be use. And since Green Leaf is a big, known and popular hotel that we paid so much. I don’t think some of the item to loan for exercise have to pay. 2. Also all the room should have 1 iron board and not restrict to 1 hour per use only. 3. Some of your staff look quite stress and have no smile which can work on it. I’m sorry if I do not know your country protocol well. Other than that all is very good.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, and one of its biggest strengths is definitely the location. It's situated in a very convenient area with easy access to transportation, shops, and key attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. What stood out the most was the abundance of restaurants nearby. Within just a short walk, there are plenty of dining options ranging from causal eateries to more upscale spots. It made meals incredibly easy and added a lot to the overall experience. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the checkin process was smooth. the room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel-especially if you value a great location and having lots of food options right at your doorstep. 

Stayed in executive room. Which was excellent with your own small Terrace. Excellent location near the SM shopping mall. Clean quiet rooms. Nice pool, breakfast was good with many choices.

We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday yesterday at the hotel, and I just want to share how wonderful our experience was, especially at Mint Café. The service was truly exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Jackie, who went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. Your kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, thank you for making my daughter feel so celebrated. As a mom, one of the most heartwarming moments was hearing my daughter say how happy she was on her birthday and even asking if we could stay here again. That alone means everything to me. Thank you, Mint Café and the entire hotel team, for creating such a memorable and joyful experience for our family. We will definitely be back!
