AC Hotel Tenerife

There's absolutely no service at this hotel. The housekeeper knocked at 10 AM for cleaning while we were still in the room. We asked for the room to be cleaned later, and when we returned, it hadn't been done. Plus, there weren't even any tissues, and we only got one toothbrush for two people. The sheets aren't changed often; there was a stain on a sheet that stayed there for several days during our stay.

The hotel environment is excellent, close to Plaza de España, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and very convenient transportation.

I've already reviewed this hotel before, as I booked another room for a friend, so I'm reviewing it twice. Overall, I had a really good impression of this hotel. The location is great, the facilities are good, and the breakfast is nice. If you don't have extremely high expectations, this hotel offers pretty good value for money in Narathiwat.

The hotel itself is fine, but please do not book it during the Tenerife Carnival in February. 1) The hotel is a major battleground for the carnival activities, and all surrounding roads are closed, making it difficult to drive in; 2) There's a performance stage downstairs that runs all night until 6:00 AM, and the poor soundproofing of the windows results in deafening noise throughout the night. Aside from the carnival, the hotel itself is nice, with modern facilities and spacious rooms. However, the hotel parking lot is small, requiring some driving skill to navigate.

One of the best locations in Santa Cruz. Bus and tram stops are nearby. The staff is friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the bartender for willingly lending me a corkscrew. The room is beautiful and in excellent condition. I definitely recommend it.
