AC Hotel Tenerife

There's absolutely no service at this hotel. The housekeeper knocked at 10 AM for cleaning while we were still in the room. We asked for the room to be cleaned later, and when we returned, it hadn't been done. Plus, there weren't even any tissues, and we only got one toothbrush for two people. The sheets aren't changed often; there was a stain on a sheet that stayed there for several days during our stay.

The hotel's parking is inconvenient, and the rooms are quite small. However, there are plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby.

Great location. The room was spacious and well laid out, although the soundproofing isn't very good, and you can hear all the street noise. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate for the hotel's standard.

The hotel environment is excellent, close to Plaza de España, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and very convenient transportation.

I've already reviewed this hotel before, as I booked another room for a friend, so I'm reviewing it twice. Overall, I had a really good impression of this hotel. The location is great, the facilities are good, and the breakfast is nice. If you don't have extremely high expectations, this hotel offers pretty good value for money in Narathiwat.

The hotel has a great location, close to the shopping street and the promenade. However, it gets noisy in the evenings due to young people hanging out. The room is large and clean. Tea, coffee, and water are refilled daily. No complaints about the service. Breakfast is good. The staff are friendly; they even provided us with umbrellas for walks in the rainy weather. There's a pool, but the water wasn't inviting for a swim. It was January, after all.
