Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Booked a staycation here specifically to catch the Pokémon 30th Anniversary event at KLCC Park, and the location could not be more strategic! Easy access to KLCC, plus they even provide a buggy service directly to the mall. The room was clean and well-equipped, but the highlight was definitely the view. It was absolutely majestic overlooking KLCC. Watching the Pokémon drone show right from our room window was an unforgettable experience, and the kids enjoyed every second of it! Since we spent most of our time out catching Pokémon, we didn't get to visit the pool. But honestly, no complaints at all because the room had a bathtub, which kept the kids super happy! Food-wise, everything was on point: Club Lounge: Chefs were quick to refill the spread even though it was super busy. Gobo Chit Chat Restaurant: The breakfast buffet spread was good and more than enough to start the day. A special shoutout to the male staff at the Club Lounge reception during our check-in. Excellent service from check-in to check-out! He constantly checked on us to make sure our family was comfortable and enjoying the food. I forgot to catch his name, but thank you so much for taking such great care of us! Would have easily been 5 stars, but deducting 1 star because the bathroom door in Room 2805 couldn't close properly, which was really annoying. Still a fantastic stay overall!

Overall okay stay, booked the weekend for Pokemon event at KLCC and had great views of the park and tower and free buggy service to suria KLCC. However, hotel wasn’t prepared for influx of visitors with in room dining taking up to 2 hours at night.

The "Deluxe Twin Room with Twin Towers View" being indicated as "Newly Refurbished" was not up to expectation. The condition of the bedroom was satisfactory but the bathroom wasn't. The marble around the washbasin was jagged, a tile was missing on a side of the bathtub... Besides, there were 2 or 3 tiny dots of stain on the fitted sheet on 1 of the beds. Fortunately. There were 2 beds and I could sleep on the other one. That said, the view of the room was amazing, the staff were friendly and nice, the breakfast was of wide variety and good quality, the covered walkway and buggy service made going to and from KLCC very convenient.

Stunning view from hotel room to Twin Towers. Great setting for birthday package. More variety of food at club lounge would complement the amazing klcc view

Me and family totally enjoyed the stay. We chose garden view but still can see the klcc. It's totally fun

The perfect hotel for Merdeka celebration. Just few walks away from Suria KLCC, pay a tad extra to get the twin tower view and spend the best night of Merdeka eve

I enjoyed my 3-day, 2-night stay at Traders Hotel. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall, and the service provided by the staff was also satisfactory. However, I had to queue for about five minutes during breakfast due to the large number of guests dining at the same time. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Perfect view with KLCC right in front of our eyes! The service is also top notch! Will definitely rebook this hotel again.
