The staff are very hard-working and friendly and the food is very good and cheap in Albsnia. Unfortunately we were given a very basic room for 3 people with a very narrow bathroom, not what we booked.

We stayed at Klajdi Resort & SPA with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and many offered beautiful sea views. The resort provides a private beach, pool, spa & wellness facilities, restaurant, and child-friendly amenities — making it an excellent choice for a family holiday. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Considering the comfort, services and beachfront location, we found the value for money to be very good. We would gladly recommend Klajdi Resort & SPA to other families seeking a relaxing and convenient seaside vacation.

The location is good and the food at the restaurant also. But the waiters were very rude. I don't know why they are like that. The rooms are small and you can hear everything from the other rooms around. Not so good. The girls at the reception by the way were amazing very nice.

I recommend this hotel 100%. The rooms are clean, modern, cleaned every day and quite thoroughly. Nice service. It's literally a short walk to the beach, sun loungers are always available, and if you need anything, there's a gentleman there to help you find the right spot. There are a lot of negative opinions about the cuisine in the hotel, but after my stay I cannot understand why. The food is very good and please do not read it and do not be influenced by the opinion that it is inedible, on the contrary it is delicious. Huge selection for breakfast and every other meal. but with this choice you can eat something different every day. There are 3 swimming pools in the hotel, one outside, the second on the roof of the building and the third inside. Spa area if you want to relax for a while. So if anyone is considering this hotel, it is worth spending a holiday there. PS if someone has a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed, every evening there is a selection like in a small confectionery shop.

We had a good time at Klajdi Resort, we chose the all inclusive option and it was quite good, the self service restaurant is well organized many options and tasty food, also the drinks at the all inclusive bar were better than we expected. The rooms were clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The upstairs bar was terrible I ordered some cocktails and a shisha hookah The service took way longer than expected The waiter was rude To use the bathroom you had to wait forever because there were many groups and only one toilet for men and one for women The hotel claims to be 5 stars and we pay accordingly The worst part was when the waiter told us how much we had to pay We were shocked because the amount was way too high But when we asked for the bill, even though we insisted several times, he didn’t bring it And we were forced to pay whatever the waiter wanted At least a percentage should have gone to taxes but no This was a pure rip-off For me it was a really bad experience I went once never again

Hours waiting for food. Order comes messed up. Food is bad. No reaction from any of staff there. Not suggested. Overpriced. Pasta had a premade sauce and was suggested as truffle. Pizza was undercooked. 2 hours of waiting for the food and no drink was served in the meantime.
